We did the bathe and brekkie package and found there were not enough staff or food and the restaurant had a long wait. The staff were lovely, just not enough of them when everyone was leaving the hot springs at around 9-9:30 which should be expected

Located right near to the beach & breakwater, so can't be faulted for location. The hotel itself (inside & out) os looking a little dated, however is very clean & well maintained. The bed was a bit lumpy & pillows not great, but overall, the room was very comfy with all amenities you could want. I was surprised there was no in-room safe & while I understand it's a safe location, I imagine international travellers & some business travellers would want to be able to lock away their passports or laptops while not in the room. The buffet breakfast was OK, but nothing special. And for the price, there are plenty of better options nearby or up in the town centre. Overall, I was happy with my stay here. It felt very safe, was comfortable & quiet and I would stay here again.

A bargain for the facilities provided. Indoor pool - nobody but us in it. Happy hour. Did was fine. Breakfast, pre-booked for $20 pp great value! Beds very comfortable

Liked convenience of carpark to room especially suitable for those who may be slightly incapacitated. Excellent bed, comfortable accommodation in a room that needs a makeover fairly soon.

Perfect place to stay when visiting the hot springs

Was nice place to stay, we had nice view from our mini balcony. We liked that it had the heated pools and spa facilities, only down side was the very limited massage availability (staying here was a last minute decision so that didn’t help and we were warned it could happen). Also the prices for sessions in the outdoor thermal pools seemed steep the later in the day you went and we were only there for the night. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would be interested in staying there again next time we visit Warrnambool

Everything was great with minor issues. Would’ve been better if there was Netflix available on the Smart TV. Also, some of the plates in the cupboard had leftover stains. One plate easily broke in the microwave. Front desk service was excellent 10/10.

Nice stay, Clean space, Mini bar had a good selection of snack's, Good selection of pillows an extra blanket ,Small inconvenience was the towels were not the best at drying & left lint all over body but really not a big Issue, Door Tracks need a clean overall nice stay Warrnambool has plenty to do & explore🤗

Cafe hours and food available not inspiring. No bar facilities in the evening.

Our “ocean view” room was actually an “other hotel” view as it was directly facing a hotel that is closer to the ocean. The fan in the bathroom did not work, and the strange mirror/wall/door to the bathroom is terrible. The food was so bland and cheaply made, despite being expensive, and overall the hotel felt like it was relying on proximity to the spa and ocean, rather than delivering a quality experience. However, I do want to highlight that the staff were all incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly, and their service was wonderful. I dearly hope they are all paid legal, award wages. Ultimately, despite our being mostly visitors to Warrnambool, we will never be staying there again, nor will we be recommending it to any of our friends.
