Initially booked a 3 night stay but added on 2 more days (booked cheaper room). The manager let us stay in the bigger room at no charge. The room was really nice and spacious, outdoor patio is beautiful and the breakfast was just right. We spent a few nights on the patio enjoying wine, Jamon and cheese. Very relaxing environment. My favorite part was the free parking. Only downfall they have 6 spots in front of the hotel and 10 units so if they get taken they have more parking spots a half block away. One of my favorite restaurants, El Siboney is a block away so we enjoyed dinner there a few nights. Also if you take Grinnel street south you’ll run into tennis courts, nice public beach and a pier that has stairs that go into the water for people wanting to swim. Only downfall is the property next door is getting remodeled so around 0800 in the morning it can get loud. Overall pleased with the Grand Guesthouse and will be back.

This was a wonderful stay in Key West. The rooms were very clean and had exactly what we needed for our short stay. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. It’s walking distance to great restaurants and they even offer bike rentals. The free parking was a huge bonus. I’d recommend this stay to others and would come back!

Parking was not good. The room was nice. Was not cleaned for 2 days out of our 3 days stay. They cleaned the last day before we were leaving. Hence the 3 stars.

This is my second stay here. It’s a quiet hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The breakfast is simple, but satisfying, including bagels, muffins, cereal, coffee and juice. The staff is very nice. It’s a 15 minute walk to Duval Street, although we took an Uber on some days for ease. I highly recommend this hotel.

Parking was not good. The room was nice. Was not cleaned for 2 days out of our 3 days stay. They cleaned the last day before we were leaving. Hence the 3 stars.

The room was very nice and very clean. The location is in a residential area, so it was quiet. Duval street is about a 15 min walk (pleasant if not 100 degrees!), although parts of Duval are maybe 26-30 min walk.
The hosts were very nice about arranging a late check in.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Beds were comfortable and the suite was large enough for all my luggage and coolers. The grounds are beautiful with trees, shrubs and flowers. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Key West!

Amazing place! From the moment we walked in till the moment we checked out everything was amazing. Loved the room super spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. Can’t wait to come back again.

The property host was very friendly and helpful. We arrived about 30 minutes before check in and were accommodated. There was a bottle of wine chilling in our room but we did not receive an upgrade or anything else for the VIP access. The grounds were nice and the room was lovely. The bed was quite uncomfortable, though and I missed having access to a pool. Also, the neighborhood the property was in was quite far from anything of note. I don't think I would stay again for the price we paid - not worth it.

They would not answer phone for Expedia, charged me full price when everything got canceled for the Microsoft global problem all flights were canceled to Florida keys from San Diego, they would not get back to me when I left a message. Charged me full price no exceptions, even though I wasn’t able to get there due to the Microsoft issue with all the flights. When I finally did get somebody, They were nasty and not understanding of the issue at all , would not change dates ,so I could get there would not give any credit. I understand in different circumstances if I tried to cancel, but I couldn’t get there because all flights were canceled from San Diego.

Cute and quaint. Not too far from Duval Street, which we decided to walk to each day. But we love to walk. The room was spacious had fans and air conditioner. The bathroom was large and the bed was comfortable. We had a great weekend stay!!
