Property is very good. Location is excellent and service was impeccable. It would be nice to have a bigger nicer gym and other amenities at the hotel.

Beds were comfortable, the suite was huge and the free breakfast excellent. Safe location and the staff very attentive.

Great staff, very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was good, have stayed at this premise before, and would say it has been better in the past. Room was clean and very spacious, however bathroom is small. Otherwise great choice, a little bit pricey consider other alternatives in town.

I liked the location just 2 blocs from the beach and many walking distance places such as restaurants/Bars, Metro, Pharmacies. Did not like the being asked to pay in advance when I was just checking in. After telling that I always pay during the check out, they agreed to charge during the check out and I did not have to pay it during the check in.

Great location, when they knew we were on our honeymoon they put champagne, balloons and chocolates in the room....lovely touch! Excellent breakfast

I liked the hotel in general. I didn’t like that I had booked a “cobertura” penthouse and they placed me in a room below it and when I asked them what was the reason, the answer was that they actually had upgraded me. So, I was moved on the second night to the penthouse. The terrace area didn’t have any furniture. I thought it was a kind of weird!

Top safe in one of the best neigborhoods in Rio. Sure, the room and bathroom is a bit dated , but the king bed is amazing, the shower has one of the best water pressures I’ve experienced in a hotel, it has a real balcony and breakfast is great. Staff is very friendly. I had an issue with wifi and it was resolved on the spot. Location is prime, oak berry is right next door, and all the restaurants you can think of are around the area (everything is within walking distance). And The Leblon beach is a block away. Overall I would definitely stay here again , specially since most Rio hotels don’t have balconies

Everything was good but the room and bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. Most of the staff were really friendly with a few exceptions
