Generally the price I paid was fair and the apartment was spacious. The stay was peaceful. However the fit out of the apartment was from 20 years ago, still have halogen downlight in inadequate quantities. The effect from a single downlight in the bedroom gives a dim feeling to the room. The fridge is showing its age with broken interior shelves. Also if one has disability, you will find the hallway has steps from its unusual design, and half of the apartment would need to walk up 15 steps from its designs. Overall I hope the owners would spend some money in refreshing the lights, appliance, and stock better quality toilet rolls. Internet was public access so I wouldn't use it for anything important.

Comfortable bed, large size apartment

Super convenient location and nice modern, clean rooms. Comfortable bed and easy secure parking under the building. Very friendly staff with a great setup. Highly recommended!

Nice and clean but way too many steps for us - 15 to get down/up from our front door to our unit. Also steps in the hallways too - a small ramp on each set of steps in the hallway would have helped roll the luggage instead of lifting it down each set of three stairs. Staff were very nice and helpful. Everything was ok but not too keen to stay here again.

Difficult stair access to our room. Front counter staff helpful. But many phone calls went unanswered and stair only access to room. Very spacious one bedroom apartment.

Overall loved the property it’s clean modern and close to everything . The studio we stayed in for the week would have been more comfortable if it had a more comfortable lounge or armchairs to sit in and the coffee table was flimsy

Overall a good place to stay while in Nelson Bay. Underground secure parking, easy to use lift, clean room with a comfortable bed, kitchenette with a good array of glasses, cutlery etc walking distance to everything in Nelson Bay. Has a laundry in the basement near the lift which is free, just bring your own washing powder etc

Unfortunately we had to leave the hotel early.we rang to let reception know and they were not helpful as our booking had not finalised until monday. They would not check the room to see if we had left a bag.However Carol on reception was excellent.
