We have been to Bali 4 times this year and have stayed at garden view 3 of those times. Great location, amazing price, clean rooms, air con works amazing which is a win!

Paid extra to upgrade , very noisy big gap under door , mouldy bathroom . Terrible breakfast , left accommodation 6 days early as could not stay there .Complained to manager offered different room as we left and already paid for alternative accommodation.Asked for refund said cannot do .Will be taking further when arrive home .

This is the second time we have stayed at the new garden view and we absolutely love it! The rooftop pool and bar is so much fun and the view of Legian and Surrounding areas is Amazing! Our favourite is watching the planes come in over the ocean just awesome!
It is the best located hotel in my opinion with easy walks to garlic Lane or to the beachfront and Legian Street.
I highly recommend to all travellers of all budgets!

This is the second time we have stayed at the new garden view and we absolutely love it! The rooftop pool and bar is so much fun and the view of Legian and Surrounding areas is Amazing! Our favourite is watching the planes come in over the ocean just awesome!
It is the best located hotel in my opinion with easy walks to garlic Lane or to the beachfront and Legian Street.

Have stayed at garden view many times and the staff are just beautiful. For the prices we pay in high season there should be new towels,they are clean but getting very old.

I have stayed at garden view a couple of times now. The location is perfect, rooms are clean, staff are so lovely. It’s so close to everything, Y bar to watch the sporting events, garlic lane for shopping, great massage places close by and my favourite eating spots “The Lokal” and “Fresco”

The rooms aren’t clean, it’s very noisy if you are on the Y Bar side of the hotel, the pillows are lumpy and it feels like you’re sleeping on rocks, reception staff were very difficult and unhelpful when issues were brought to their attention and we went through multiple rooms to find one with a working shower so check this before they leave your room after check in.

First time staying here and would definitely return. Staff were wonderful and very helpful if we needed anything. Beds extremely comfortable. Close to everything that we wanted to go.

Cheap accommodation in a great location. Room was nice (deluxe pool view room) bed was amazing, big walk in shower. Staff lovely. Breakfast included was yummo, staff cooking eggs/omeletes. Best part was the roof top pool bar. Had a great stay 😊

Some of the reception staff were rude and not helpful.
The room was sort of clean the floor was awful, it needed a good deep clean still had dust everywhere. The door to the balcony would not close properly the bottom of the door was broken. The fridge did not work and we ask for them to come have a look and never saw anybody or got any update. We had items go off because of this.
Breakfast do not bother as it was you get what you pay for crap.

Whilst I enjoyed staying at this hotel its cleanliness was a little to be desired. Breakfast was limited. I ended up eating out. With all that said knowing what I know now I would stay again but not with a breakfast package.

budget friendly. room was clean with a good air-conditioner and tv channel selection was really good. lovely shower!
don't think the tiny fridge worked, after 4 hours my coke was still warm.
my room was close to the front so noise from the YBAR audible until 11pm.
enjoyed my 1 night there but wouldn't want to be in that room for longer.
