This is my second time in the hotel and is a pleasure. The staff is so friendly, the area is perfectly centric and the rooms and common areas exquisite. A+. Great coffee too. The details are a must! The coffee, the water bottle, the toothbrush, fully appreciated.

While the location is great, this hotel has seen better days. Worn walls, linens, and furniture...this hotel is in desperate need of a face lift. Uncomfortable rooms. Breakfast is pretty basic.

It probably doesn’t get more central in Bilbao than this. The old town with a variety of eateries just round the corner and Guggenheim a 15 min walk away

Big disappointment with our view "view over the city" was just the next buildings wall. A strange decoration mix that makes you wonder if the designer was sober! In this historic building they had a chance to make something special but instead went "wild and crazy". Breakfast was fine.

The hotel is perfectly located by the historic quarter and easy walk to most places.
The room had some scuff marks on the wall at the entryway but other than that was great and as pictured.

Our 5 night stay started a little bit awkwardly when we were allocated a room without any view when we had booked a City View. The staff found us a better room on our second day and that was much more to our satisfaction. The hotel is quiet, has a nice rooftop bar with super views and is very centrally located to walk anywhere in the city.

Very good hotel in the middle of old town Bilbao. Perfect place to explore Bilbao.
We were there during Semana Grande, a big 9 day festival which also continued during night. The hotel was in the middle of this. Very nice but unfortunafely also very loud during the night. But in the end a unique experience.

This hotel has a very good location over a main square and very close to the old town.
Breakfast is good. The room is comfortable, but a bit tiny.
The scariest thing here is no privacy in shower or in the toilet as the doors are see-through.
It was horribly awkward to look away when your travel company was showering or in the toilet.

I love the location of this hotel, the hotel was fine, breakfast is okay, something I totally hate is the bathroom, zero privacy! all glass, including shower and toilet area! and the door is just a glass door. The room for 4 people was minuscule and we did not even had room for our luggages since the sofa bed was open for my 2 kids. Except for the space and the awful bathroom everything else was fine. BUT the location is unbeatable!

The Lady who helped us at the check in ( forgot to ask her name, unfortunately) was amazing, super helpful and kind. Hotel facilities were amazing and location could not be better. I would highly recommend this hotel
