Traveled to visit family for Thanksgiving. Staff was attenentive and friendly.

Everything was good about our stay. We gave it 5 stars. Only complaint is the location made for lots of road noise. Into the night late, but these things are hard to avoid sometimes.

Loved our stay at Staybridge Suites in Little Rock. It was like having our own little apartment. So relaxing after a day of test at UAMS. Slept better than my bed at home.

The receptionist at the front desk for check-in was extremely pleasant. The room was nice. You could hear the street noise. Sirens and vehicles.

The room we received was not in a good location. When we were getting ready for bed we noticed a constant buzzing sound followed by a thumping every 10 seconds. This was very annoying. We told the hotel worker in the front but she did not get back to us or help in any way. The maintenance employee saw us and asked if we had an issue. We explained the situation and he informed us that right above that room the AC unit is placed for the hotel. We then went to the front hotel representative and asked her why we were not notified about that room or sound that comes with it. She had no clue and there was no solution on helping us. This hotel needs employees that can help with issues like this. They need to communicate better with hotel guests and help with issues like this.

This was my fourth time to stay at this hotel. I bring my dad to UAMS every six months for doctors appointments and we always choose this hotel. It’s convenient to the hospital and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate you! We love the two bedroom suites with two bathrooms! It’s always clean, the beds are comfortable. Safe area. Breakfast is good and on certain week days they have an evening social with free food and drinks. They also have a free laundry mat. They also offer special rates for those who are in town for medical appointments.

The tables in the bedrooms were detaching from the wall. The curtains were a little broken. The breakfast was not really that great as the sausage both days was extremely overcooked. The gym could use some improvements. No water in the gym with missing equipment. The staff was friendly though!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I’ve stayed here during my last visit and the room was amazing. This will be my go to hotel to stay whenever I’m in town.

Stayed here because I needed to be close to Arkansas children’s hospital, very convenient location in a nice area. Definitely recommend!

The hotel itself was great. Very clean, staff was super nice. Outside the hotel is a different story. We arrived late at night and immediately felt very unsafe outside in the parking lot. When I checked in I was shocked that I was going to be charged a $250 fee for incidentals. When I questioned it I was told they are in a bad area and have issues with damages.
Unfortunately, I would not stay here again because of this. I was traveling with my family and felt they were very unsafe being in this area. I feel bad for the hotel, they are very nice and it is a super nice place but they cannot control the area around them. It’s a shame.
