Gteat stay. Position is perfect for walking to attractions. The breakfast staff and the food is fantastic, as well as the afternoon snacks and coffee in the garden. Would benefit from a fridge in the room and didnt like the bath in the room. This was the reason i booked but there is a step when you get out of the bath and not much room to maenouvre before you hit the step. This made it feel a little unsafe. Overall a nice hotel but would choose a room that was a shower and not the bath from a safety aspect.

Staying at Hollman was a very good overall experience. Two highlights are the excellent personal service, even after check-out; and the superb a-la-carte breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for one right and really liked it. It’s not a conventional hotel but more like having your own studio in the heart of the city. The bed was comfortable, good shower and it was quiet. We slept really well. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely and friendly.

The staff at the Hollmann Beltage Vienna was superb & took great care of us. Our flights were quite delayed & we were concerned about how to transit from the airport to the hotel late at night. They assured us and had things waiting for us on our arrival at the hotel. They also arranged a taxi for us as we departed Vienna. We loved our stay being so centrally located to all the sights we wanted to visit.

We had a comfortable stay at Hollmann Beletage. It was located in a quiet spot in town and easily walkable to the many sites, public transportation and restaurants. The staff were really nice and always smiling.

Great hotel with a cool boutique vibe. The breakfast was great, it is made to order so prepare some time. Our only feedback was the floor creak a lot in the room so if anyone is up for the bathroom it would wake us all. The staff was all amazing, especially the guy who checked us in. The staff even gave us a jar of their homemade marmalade for out check-out gift. Super thoughtful and we will definitely return!

So many neat parts of the hotel. The breakfasts were amazing and maybe the best part. That and watching the Euro cup in the movie theater room.

We were satisfied with the facilities and services of this hotel. I have stayed at hotels in many European countries since 2007, and unlike most hotels, the breakfast was not buffet style but was very good. Most of the employees were friendly, but there was one female employee who deliberately didn't say hello even when we met face to face, so I don't want to give it a 10. We only used the sauna once, and it was a dry sauna, not a wet one. Thank you to the friendly staff.

We truly enjoyed our time at the Hollmann Belatage. The staff was incredibly friendly, the food was excellent, and we made good use of the tasty unlimited beer on tap. We'll definitely stay there again!

Most aspects of this hotel were very good. I would stay here again. But NOT in room 16 (which has a bath and fixed shower in the main room). Otherwise: (1) GOOD THINGS were the staff; cleanliness; location; breakfast; the bed; 24/7 accessibility; the towels; the dressing gowns; storage; communications; and the complimentary umbrella; (2) COULD DO BETTER THINGS were the safe - not big enough for a laptop; the duvets - why have two single duvets when you’re staying in a double bed; the cold floor - a rug would be good; and no coat hooks (3) BAD THINGS were the bath - in an alcove in the body of the room on a dais that was positively dangerous to get out of when wet; and the shower - which was a fixed head with limited manoeuvrability. Overall: a great place to stay :-)

Beautiful apartment, very friendly personnel. The hotel offers complimentary snacks every day from 3 to 5 pm.
