Loved this property, beautiful decor and very well appointed, comfortable new facilities, well located. Parking was a tiny bit tight but couldn't fault anything else, it was perfect.

The Botanic apartments were all that they advertise to be. It's a quiet situation, but with the main shopping area within walking distance. We found the apartment to be very clean and fresh. Was great to have a king bed with beautiful fresh linen. The bathroom and kitchen were new and it was very convenient to have access to a washer and dryer within the apartment. My husband and I would definately stay again when in Warnambool. Highly recommend.

Recently renovated, clean and had good kitchenette facilities, including two hot plates, oven and microwave. Good value for money in a quieter location, but still walkanle to the shops if needed.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, staff on check very obliging and helpful considering I had managed to book for the wrong dates and turned up a day late.

very helpful at check-in, I had to make a amendment and the hotel owner was very understanding and helpful.
the room i had at the front was very bright and cheerful, good to see they recycle and the room as comfortable and very clean and tidy, It even had a electric car fast charger that i did not need lol

We have stopped at these apartments before and they are presented immaculately, and Linda even up graded our room. We both slept really well, and it is really quiet here. Would recommend these apartments to anyone.

The room was beautiful and clean, light and airy. Great ambience. The reception staff were lovely with suggestions on what to do in the area and where to eat. Would absolutely stay there again.

We booked 3 D 2 N , and the second day we backed to the apt, We saw a green rubbish bag in front of our door. And its broken, the garbage all over the ground. We cleaned it up and feel so rude… we are ok to clear it by ourselves…and it affects the hygienic environment too
