Hotel is about 10 minutes from LGA airport. Nice clean room. The staff was wonderful!

My stay was very comfortable. Only thing was front desk should take care of customers that are standing in front of them. Personal phone calls should be handle during breaks not while on shift.

Great option for a hotel outside of manhattan, with an easy walk to the train to get into the city within 15minutes. Staff were great. Breakfast selection very good. Room clean and comfortable.

We found 2 cockroch in the bathroom y was really disgusting. Specially because we used Marriott many times throughout our lives.
The answer was poor. They said that they need the proof....that's absolutely ridiculous. We don't accept that excuse.

Three night stay with family was excellent, nice hotel close to the airport and Astoria area. The airport shuttle service is excellent and wait time was less than five min. The reception desk staff are excellent and very friendly.

I think it would make the site better if there was a Citybike station on the property. The nearest one was so far away that it was easier to just keep walking instead of using the bikes.

Stayed 2 days between ship and air back to California. This is the worst Marriott property I've stayed in. No hot water on day 2. Bathroom sink clogged both days. Dark, dingy room. The black carpet doesn't help the ambiance and makes it easy to lose things you cannot see. The only bright spot was the shuttle driver who took us to La Guardia early.

My shower started off not working properly with the water pressure dropping every couple of second, then to full pressure. Then on the last day, a travel day, I had no hot water

I liked my room - good size and bathroom was convenient. It always smelled clean and fresh. My room was in the basement so my window view was not there but it was okay. The breakfast was good and always found something to eat. The yogurt with fruit was great and should have eat it more. I loved making my own waffle- the batter was ready. Coffee was just right. This is my first time getting a hotel with breakfast and will continue to book in the future.
Front staff was helpful and patient with me. I wish they had tap when placing my credit card hold.
I didn’t like my noisy neighbours and noise.
I also wish there would be more nearby restaurants and shop selection.
