Nothing like the pictures beds were horrible no elevator the non-smoking bedroom still smell like cigarettes, overall, really bad

Rooms are very rundown. Pool closed. Only saving grace was the front desk person, Sabina was apologetic and tried to do as much as she could was able

This place do not look like the photos on google. It had mold and the ac did not work and when we mentioned it the lady said she knows the ac don’t work well and I have babies not a good place

The internet connection is bad. I couldn't even watch any shows on my device. I tried to disconnect and reconnect, nothing helped.

There was a homeless man between building under the deck above. There was a car sitting in the parking lot with someone inside and its lights on who pulled in just ahead of me and then sat there for over an hour. The person on duty didn't care and told me I could go somewhere else if I was not comfortable. It was too late to go somewhere else.

As a female solo traveller, I did not feel very safe. Very dangerous looking dingy area. Bedsheets were dirty with cigarette holes and lights would flicker on. I couldn’t even open my drapes because there was no tint or nothing so everyone can see inside. I wanted to get a refund for one night because I didn’t feel safe and they wouldn’t give it to me so I had to stay inside a dark room locked until my flight was ready. I ended up checking out early to stay at the airport because I felt safer sitting there. Waste of money, pay the extra few dollars to go somewhere nicer

You get what you pay for. My room was listed as non-smoking but it definitely was not. As a non-smoker I could smell it in the pillows and the comforter. The cleaning lady did her part by keeping the room clean but to no avail. I went to ask about an iron and ironing board and was told they didnt have one as everytime the got them they were stolen. The room was very reasonably priced. The air blew cold, water was hot, towels were clean, as well as the bedding. The water drained properly in the shower and the toilet flushed just fine. Room.didnt smell.like smoke although it was a smoking room! Overall great stay!! Would recommend!!

Mold in the Bathroom above the shower. Had to ask for more towels, was not equipped with enough towels for 2 guest. Place was clean but needed updating , painting, new bedspread(had cigarette burn in it) and was a non-smoking room.
