I encountered some issues with the check-in and the initial room charges, but the front desk clerk, Sheri, got it all squared away! She should be commended. The rooms should have more than one trash can, and there should be stopper for the kitchen sink.

We evacuated from sarasota due to hurricane Milton. This was unplanned yet it was very much appreciated. When we arrived on Wednesday, they had a little social in the dining area with light food and drinks and that definitely lifted our spirits. We stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was warm and good. The noon checkout is lovely as well. We rested well.

The front staff was so friendly.and helpful. The teens really liked the proximity to TopGolf. The room.was spacious and clean and great configuration. The shuttle service was appreciated.

I’m only giving an overall poor review because I booked a Suite 3 months in advance and the day I get there they tell me they can’t give it to me cause other people are overstaying. They made it right by giving me three separate rooms in the Hampton Inn across the street, so I give the staff and service five stars but I have to give a poor rating for Homewood for doing that to me in the first place.

I’m only giving an overall poor review because I booked a Suite 3 months in advance and the day I get there they tell me they can’t give it to me cause other people are overstaying. They made it right by giving me three separate rooms in the Hampton Inn across the street, so I give the staff and service five stars but I have to give a poor rating for Homewood for doing that to me in the first place.

Didn’t get a room, hotel called and said they didn’t have a room available. I was ok with that until I asked if they could give me a discount for the inconvenience of not getting my room. I lost having the breakfast and lost having kitchen. No discount for moving my hotel.

The front desk staff were so nice and made us feel welcome the moment we entered the hotel. Our two suites were exactly as advertised. Hilton is always our first choice.

Very comfortable room and we ended up having a beautiful river view. Loved the location and ability to walk to nearby shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was good and hotel even had soup, salad, & drinks in the evening which unfortunately didn't work with our schedule but loved the amenities offered.

The staff was kind, and our stay was comfortable. Hallway floors and lobby floors had not been vacuumed in a while and were never vacuumed over our three night stay. We chose this property bc of the kitchen in the suite. The large burner did not work. The furniture and curtains were showing major wear and tear.
