The breakfast was wonderful and tasty.

I booked this hotel at the last minute, and it exceeded the expectation. The bedding was amazing. the room was clean. It was raining ridiculously hard outside. The attendant let me use his umbrella to run to the car and get my laptop so it doesn't get wet.

I liked the fact that the hotel clerk at the time refunded $2 to me after the vending machine on the 3rd floor took my $2 when I tried to get an orange fanta drink, which I was craving at the time. I also appreciate the fact that one of the staff members went out of his way and bought me an orange fanta drink. If my memory is correct, his name is Tyrone. He did not have to do that, but i was craving that drink. I also LOVE LOVE the fact that check in time is at 3:00 p.m. and check out time is at 12:00 noon. That allowed me more time to rest. Please don't change that because I will be staying at that Holiday Inn Express the next time I'm in Charleston.

I believe someone stole my shoes out of my room when I left out to go to my car. It wasn't even 10 min that I was gone and when I came back they were gone

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly!

3rd night in a motel on our road trip to Florida from Maine. This one was the best!. Pleasant check in experience. Room was great! Separate comfortable seating area from bed with large TV. Tiny sink/ kitchenette with microwave and good sized fridge. Bathroom roomy with Great hot water/ pressure!! Bed comfortable with 4 body length pillows I loved 😍. Only complaint is although breakfast included was the best selection of the three motels , it was lukewarm. Had veggie omelet egg whites, waffles, turkey sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, cereals hot cinnamon rolls. Great selection!! Hubby and I will remember this one for next year. Plan on going back.

The staff were very nice and the convenience to restaurant’s was a plus.

Need coffee 24 hours in the he lobby.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was a typical American hotel one - nothing to talk about.

When asked for receipt confirming refund of the $200 deposit only blank receipt was provided and on a question whether they can provide actual receipt with amount charged - an answer was - we don't have one.... What?!

The hotel was wonderful. What I especially liked was the privacy factor. You did not hear noise coming from the hallway or other rooms. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was explained that a fee would be added to my credit card in case I wanted to purchase something. I didn’t care for that practice, even though it would be reimbursed to my card if I didn’t purchase anything. I would abolish this practice.

The hotel was in a great location and the staff was friendly . I would stay there again.
