Stayed here for a couple of nights on a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located close to Pune Lohegaon airport, and has lots of shops, bars and eateries in the neighbourhood, within walking distance.
I used in-room dining a lot during this stay. The food was generally speaking good, but the service left a lot to be desired: for example, food was ordered for two, but cutlery was provided for only one; a request for ice took over 45 minutes to materialise; butter was kept under warm toast - with predictable results:)...and so on. The serving staff were mostly young and seemed inexperienced. Obviously, nothing was done on purpose, but it was a little exasperating. A little training here will go a long way!

Hotel seems very old and not maintained. The lamp covers looked dirty and bed covers looked very old. For the amount paid, property definitely is very expensive.

I had stayed overnight and the stay was very pleasant. My daughter had joined the next day morning. Sonali at dining area was very attentive and pleasant.

Pros: Property is good, and worth the money.
Cons: Staffs are bit slow, they have a list in bathroom but nothing is provided to us in it.

Lovely restaurant across the road. Good location for Aga Khan palace and central Pune.
Only negative, after staying for a full week we had paid extra for late 6pm checkout then had to hang around in the foyer for 3 hours until 9pm when we left for our flight - they insisted we pay full 1 day room fee to keep the room from 6pm to 9pm. We refused so sat in foyer. The room was empty upstairs so the hotel could've allowed us to use it but we felt a full 1 day fee on top of our already paid late checkout fee was unfair. Because of this I will stay elsewhere on my future visits to Pune, so hopefully they will see that their mean behavior has lost them revenue and they will treat future guests fairly.

This hotel is a bit tired and run down for a 4 star rated property. It's conveniently located nearby the airport and shopping areas. Staff were friendly at check in but not so efficient with check out. Overall a 3 star experience.

The buffet breakfast was adequate, but both mornings I entered the dining area the tables were mostly full with dirty dishes from the previous evening's dinner guests.

Although it says it has a bar it was not open any time we were there. That said it is a very comfortable place to stay with in general very friendly helpful staff. Close to the Aga Khan Palace.

Good view( atleast my room had)
Dislikes:
Few staff members dont have the basic etiquettes and lack of understanding.
Booked from two different websites for rooms for continuous stay. (As the rooms were getting full because of a wedding happening)
End of 1st booking makes them call me again again and disturb the sleep of the guests to pay even after giving them the information during check-in and they even took a note of the booking but they wanted payment, like we would run away. Trust me even 2 star hotels dont do this with guests.
1st day they forgot to clean up the room even after informing them.
My guests werent allowed to enter the hotel after 6pm. Thats what they were told at the reception desk. (Is this a Jail that you have visiting hours)
Pls dont have high hopes for the pool.
Its really small and only 4ft deep. The photos just make the hotel look big but its not.

Excellent Location, city center. Just 6 km from airport. Good places to eat nearby within walking distance. Breakfast was OK.
