Lovely hotel, great to be next to the shopping center. The walk to reception wasnt great as it was a long walk to my room with 2 lifts. Room was lovely as I got a corner room. It was very clean.

Everything was 100%. There was a brief issue with the door cards not working but the hotel sent maintenance to fix it an it was no longer an issue

Great stay. Our room was upgraded for our anniversary and Prosecco waiting in room. Very nice touch from the hotel. Had lovely meal in the bar and great entertainment afterwards. Will definitely be back again and great location

Parking was a big plus as was the provision of forgotten items such as toothbrush and toothpaste at no extra cost. Way to go Sheraton Hotel we would love to stay again when in Athlone🤩

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was clean and welcoming and our room was spacious even for three people. The breakfast was great lots of choice from continental to full Irish ☘️. Parking was a big plus as was the provision of forgotten items such as toothbrush and toothpaste at no extra cost. Way to go Sheraton Hotel we would love to stay again when in Athlone🤩

My only complaint had nothing to do with the hotel.
The the hotel overall was a very good stay for my wife and I there was one minor concerned with water leaking from underneath the shower door I brought that to the attention of the front desk and it was taken care of the next day. My only true complaint had to do with the restaurant in the hotel with a limited menu and recipes that we did not care for.

Ok hotel. Didnt really like the fact they blared music everywhere around the hotel including the breakfast room. Hotel has celtic tiger vibes and needs an update.

They can‘t even provide cups for the coffee machine and take away everything mid way as we left our table to get some coffee etc. Unfriendly check in; lack of hospitality and training. Hotel rooms and infrastructure fine, but management / operations not up to standards for this hotel category.

We stayed in the Penthouse Suite and it was magnificent. Gorgeous space on the 11th floor with amazing views and climate control. Loved everything about it.

Great indoor parking with direct hotel entrance. Could choose the hotel or explore the shopping mall or walk the streets for dining. Only stayed one night as we were returning a rental car the next morning, to the Dublin Airport. So a lovely place to end our driving tour.
