Without a doubt, the friendliest team I have ever seen in a hotel… and that includes some high end ones as well. The owner clearly makes service a focus area. As for the hotel, it was what you’d expect for the money paid.

The hotel was fine, however the parking situation was a mess. There are plenty of parking spots but the hotel lets people use the car park as a park and fly, so people actually staying at the hotel found it impossible to find a parking spot and ended up parking wherever they could (grass verges etc)
Also the hotel does not accept cash, I know a lot of hotels are starting to do this concept, but in my opinion cash should always be acceptable.

Really nice staff from the very moment I arrived and did the check-in to breakfast time. Hotel is a bit outdated maybe, carpet in the rooms and the bed wasn’t the comfiest, other than that and very pleasant stay.

We did not stay there. I was connected to a property near the wrong airport. Hotel was aware but would not cancel. Transportation was not available as advertised. Could not get ahold of Expedia.

after a long trip from paris on arrival just before 9pm the restaurant was closed food despite it saying on website and on room information it closed at 9.30pm. reception staff told us bar was open till 11pm but no food was available there either, however this was closed just before 10. we also found bath towel folded away in bathroom which was heavly spiked with what resembles black oil. The catering supervisor we spoke to before we left was lovely and apologised for our experiences on our arrival and said she would address the issues in the team meeting. Also the Receptionist on check out was also very nice and advices us on how we could receive a refund.
