This has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Having traveled all over the world and stayed in many hotels this really is in my top ten. The ambience, location and food are superb. However, its greatest feature is the welcome from the staff. Their willingness to make your stay a good one. This really is a gem of a hotel.

the staff is very nice, the location is perfect, and the owners and people work here are very kind.

The hotel is very charming with a story and history. It has a beautiful outdoor area and is walking distance from the shops, exchange office and restaurants. It has a beautiful restaurant for breakfast and dining but the breakfast options are limited and service could be better but seems they are understaffed. The staff is friendly and kind. My 2 main issues were that the superior room i booked was smaller than i expected and didn't look like the pictures, and that the room didn't have any free water for the kettle or to drink, we had to pay extra (from the minibar) if needed, which is surprising given the price paid for the room. Other than that it was a pleasant experience overall.

This is without a doubt a little gem of a boutique hotel. Its been tastefully decorated by the owners, every corner theres another tasteful bit of art or artifact. The photos do not do it justice. The food they offer in 3 very different restaurants is classy and excellent value for money. Having travelled all over the world and stayed in many hotels, this one took my heart. We are already planning our return.

Although difficult to find and parking not clearly marked, our stay was fabulous. Situated in old town and walkable.

They were super helpful and it is easy to walk anywhere in the old city from there. We were able to park easily in their parking lot but know that driving in the old city is hard and not the best - it is very pedestrian oriented and we felt bad for disrupting the peace! We would recommend Tuvana to anyone.

I loved this hotel. I especially liked the Olde World decor. Some parts could do with a bit of repair but that didnt spoil the overall effect. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, would recommed the hotel to get Vegan milk to cater for Vegans. If I come back to Antalya I would stay here again.

The location of thr property is fantastic. The property is beautiful, clean and tidy. The staff are very helpful. The manager was very welcoming and everything was explained well. When we checked into our rooms, the room temperature was extremely high, the air conditioning was not left on for us to make a comfortable entry. Inspite of being in the room, the temperature was very high. The cooling was extremely poor and for some reason the temperature can't be dropped below 18. We had 2 rooms booked and air conditioning was a problem in one of the rooms, although cooling wasn't that great in the other room too. We were offered 2 keys to leave the ac on but it still didn't solve the problem. In the middle of the night had to request a standing fan following which we could sleep well. Not sure if it is just us or if cooling is a real problem at this place. There are 3 restaurants of which 2 have good vegetarian options. The place is Lovely they could just do so much better with central air conditioning in lobby, restaurants etc. The second issue we had as vegetarian was , there are not enough vegetarian options in breakfast buffet, and ingredients are not written down, hence difficult to guess. Could do with going an extra mile to keep guests happy and by asking. If i had known i would have boooked without breakfast and had something in a cafe instead. The pool is lovely too, but if one family with kids is in the pool, you need to wait before they finish, pool is small.

I cannot explain how amazing this hotel is. First of all the location is right in the old town but down a beautiful little street so you feel tucked away, it has 3 incredible restaurants and a pool that is never too busy. The rooms and hotel itself are authentic, big, clean and so lovely, cleaned and restocked for you everyday. The breakfast and breakfast itself was one of my highlights - in a fine dining restaurant that is part of the hotel (that I went to on my birthday evening and was AMAZING). The food is incredible and the service is outstanding, even at a self serve breakfast the staff are attentive and bring you the things you need out before asking (for us it was a bucket of ice for our iced coffee!), the seating area is beautiful and never packed. The area of the hotel is just amazing, you feel safe and tucked away but literally in the middle of everything. All the staff are attentive and always there for you should you need, the whole place is just incredible. It took a while for me to choose a hotel as I wanted something in the center of things but not busy or too much going on and I cannot get over how incredible and perfect this place is. The best place I’ve ever stayed at. I’ll be back as soon as I can !!!! Thankyou.
