After a grueling 11 hour drive running from hurricane in Florida, it was especially pleasant to walk into a beautiful, clean and comfortable room for a good night’s sleep. Staff was inviting and helpful.

Housekeeping does not refresh or service rooms. We even requested room to be but wound up asking for toilet paper because there was no housekeeping during our 4 day stay.

It was an excellent stay and reasonable. Enjoyed the pool. Plenty of hot water to shower. The customer service at the desk was outstanding.

Great Stay! Hotel was nice and clean. Smelled really good and clean. Room was nice, bed and pillows was comfortable. Breakfast was ok, best part was the waffles. Would stay again!!

The hotel was very nice. The only problem was we arrived around 2:30 and they had us wait till 3:00 to check in. We never had that happen before. The hallways and entrance area smelled like fresh flowers but the rooms had a musty smell. We went out and got an air freshener and spray to help. We would go back to this hotel in the future.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. I always get the room location that I asked for. Normally, very well satisifed with my stay at this hotel. The downside was the remote control to the TV. It looked like something they got out of a landfill. It was basically destroyed. It had been glued together, and the channel and volume buttons were shattered. I went to the front desk and asked for another one. The clerk gave me basically the same remote. I returned to my room only to have the tv screen tell me the batteries were low and would need an exchange. Back to the desk I go. This time I get again the same destroyed remote, though with new batteries. I asked the clerk if she had just handed me the same remote that I had previously changed. She replied, "It works.". Even then, there was no cover for the batteries. The pool desperately needed vacuuming. Looked as though it had not been cleaned n two-three weeks. Bottom was grimy. Front desk personnel not very friendly. I will NOT stay at this hotel again.

Exceptional cleanliness, floors well kept including elevator. Outside well kept, no trash. Staff hospitable. Rooms very clean and fresh.

I called to ask why there wasn't a room cleaning service after our first night's stay and was told they would find out and call me back. Never called. In four days, we only had one day of cleaning. Had to get our own fresh towels, coffee, etc.

We were told upon arrival that the pool was closed for maintenance. Since i was traveling with children and had promised them a chance to swim, i ended up having to pay for water park tickets. The air conditioning in our room was putting out a high amount of moisture, leaving the bedding damp. It turns out that they rented the room knowing this. Other than that, the staff were friendly and helpful. I'll stay again but I'll call before booking to make sure the pool is operative.

So house keeping never came to my room to replace towels and never brought us any toilet paper I had to go buy some and then on check out day they tried to charge me 150 for cleaning the room it was a terrible stay I repeat never stay there!!!!
