It was a very nice location and the staff was so nice and helpful. We will stay there again when in the area.

Location was perfect.
The entire experience. Assaulted by a smelly room to start our stay, when seeking a fridge, none could be found, and our A/C was a whole issue in it self. The consent noise of our A/C made our sleep miserable and the first morning we were able to have a cup of coffee after our miserable night but, since there were only two pods there were none for the second.

The service was slow purchasing a Starbucks because the line is for people ordering breakfast also. I wasn’t expecting the hotel to be so old and in need of updating. For the price of a room they should at least offer a free continental breakfast!

My reservation was already paid up front and I had to pay again when I got there . Apparently the hotel manager quite and no one got my money up front . It was finally straightened out after I got back home but what a nightmare trying to get my money back.

only one coffee pod of regular coffee for 2 people. there should have been 2 available in the room. we had to pay $6.00 for 2 cups of coffee downstairs in the bistro. Ridiculous to not include free coffee.

We were not told that we had to request housekeeping. Our bed was not changed and we did not have clean towels for our stay. Have never had this experience in a hotel before especially one where I paid this much money. Very disappoointed. Won't cone back!!!

Conveniently outside Mobile where we didn’t want to stay. Bistro is a great idea which meant we didn’t have to go out again after a long day’s driving.
