The hotel is announced as a 4 star hotel that is in reality no more than 3 star hotel being well re-designed. The personal is really friendly and is doing a good job. However, they are not educated for working in a 4 star hotel. There is a swimming pool guard at the pool. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and the beach is just 5 min walking distance. There is all commodities around.

All people of the staff were awesome. At the reception, at the restaurant, at the bar. Especially Ana, José, Marlon, Juanillo, Yolanda, Madi, Laura... But generally everyone in this Hotel is very nice and kind. The room and mostly everywhere was really beautiful and clean.

We had a really great time there, the buffet is excellent and the hotel staff are lovely and supportive if you have any issue.

Just come home from a week of b b at the Gran Playa. The hotel is perfectly situated 2 mins from the beachfront and the multitude of restaurants and eateries strewn along the promenade as far as you can walk. So many options for drinks and dining. Open all day long and well into the evening. The rooms are basic but have all you require for your stay. Cleaned everyday and bed made. Everything was functioning in the room. ie a/c, fridge, lights, TV. Bed was memory foam and comfortable. Our room had an accompanying balcony which was perfect for drying clothes and towels overnight ready for the next day. Breakfast was from 8-1030 and had an abundance of fresh foods to gorge on whatever your taste. The pool large enough to swim lengths and was surrounded by sunbeds that mostly caught the sun at some or all of the day. Timings of the use of the pool was our only gripe. It was only open from 10-7pm due to having to have a lifeguard on duty at these times. However guests seemed to be permitted to lounge on or baggsie a sunbed before 10am. Early risers will be rewarded!! (beware of towelgate). We used the gym facilities (I know right??!!) once. Sauna Steam and hot tub all worked well. Every member of staff seemed very friendly to us and very helpful. A special mention must go out to Ana on reception. She was amazing and went above and beyond for all our queries and requirements from information gathering to booking excursions, etc. So friendly....WE LOVE ANA!!! Don't hesitate to book!

Really friendly service and clean rooms! At night it can get a little noisy due to the outdoor bar being below some rooms but this didn’t impact us. 2 minute walk from the beach and lord of shops / dining options nearby.

I want to mention Umar in dinning area and Marlon at the bar, they were great, always ready to please the customers with smiles. The buffet was excellent, loads of choices all the amenities was great. Very clean hotel. We loved it and will highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely visit again

Enjoyed my stay very much. Reception staff very helpful when, without much notice, my flight was cancelled. All the staff were friendly and happy to help with anything. Thank you - would recommend this hotel & resort. I will always recommend Majorca.

We loved staying at this hotel. Very pretty hotel with a a very short distance to the Ocean. The pool was a lot smaller than expected and very quiet due to the hotel is an adult only hotel (a bit too quiet for two 20 year olds). The food was very delisious but unfortunatly both of us got very very sick when we came Home (not saying it was because of the food, but it’s not to close out as we only ate the same breakfast). The room was lovely and the cleaning Ladies were super Nice and our room was always lovely cleaned, thanks to Them.

Nice location, close to the beach and in the town centre, Close to restaurants and major activities /i.e. rent a car, rent a bike).

First solo trip hotel was great staff friendly and helpful. Great location close to bars restaurants and the beach. You can’t smoke round the pool area and but you can at the pool bar so not a huge issue I was disappointed that the tea coffee and milk were not replenished daily also no complimentary shampoo/conditioner which I would have expected in a 4* Hotel. Overall nice hotel close to everything you could need.

Just stayed at this hotel for one night when visiting Mallorca. Very modern interior in good condition. Great breakfast buffet. Seems to be mainly frequented by German tourists. Nice pool area and just a minute walk to the beach. Loads of shops and restaurants nearby.

We stayed here for a wedding and left the children at home. Did the job perfectly, nice and quiet, very comfy beds. Bathroom could do with an update but all all in all very good with an excellent breakfast offering too. Would happily stay here again should I be in the area Thanks

The hotel was excellent in such a scenic area of Majorca, the wellness suite on the 4th floor was a bonus.

Nice hotel all inclusive that needs to improve few points. Avoid rooms facing the commercial street if you want to be able to sleep before 1:30 am. Good service, except at the bar where it was ok. Alcohol for the all inclusive is disgusting.
