The service was excellent, protertyas a whole is dated. The room was clean, bed comfortable, shower good enough. Water temp was good. The tile floors in the elevator were cracked, so we're buttons. The front desk was very helpful, her customer service was excellent.

We waited at the check in desk fo 15-20 minutes. Noboby around. When we got to our room it was 62 degrees and not hot water and thebathroom sink drain was plugged. The room was very nice but service was much to be desired. I called the front desk clerk about the hot water and her only solution waz to let it run for 5-10 minutes. That wasnt the problem

Did not get to eat breakfast I work crazy hours but the room was clean, comfortable, and the staff very nice. I will stay there again.

Very clean and quiet hotel. The modern room was great and we loved the Keurig coffee maker! Didn’t have a chance to use the pool, but we did use the fitness room which we enjoyed.

The room was in very bad shape. Curtain half torn off the window. Ceiling in the bathroom looked like it had a leak and then repaired by a three year old. Ceiling heat light in the bathroom was not set in a receptacle. There was no cold water in the bathroom sink. The hand wash was not filled the three days we were there. There were some very suspect stains on the couch cushions.

The room itself has some problems, nothing too serious. Broken wall thermostat and window unit control had bad led display. A lamp had a broken switch plate (i do not know for sure it was not dangerous). I believe the hotel was full, so maybe I got the last room? Breakfast was very nice and the room was clean and confirtable.

Stayes nights. Breakfast on day 1 was great. Had bacon and scrambled eggs which were really good. 2nd and 3rd dats were horrible with breakfast options. Room service was non existent and had to ask for my room to be cleaned as well as ask for clean towels. Room was decent and had internet. Overall grade for me would be a D

The facility is in great need of updating. Upon arrival I was informed there would be an additional charge for my dog. I didn’t see any additional charge on the app page. It is up on the hill and looks unique! But the downside is when you take a shower it screams when the warm water comes!

I got the more expensive room hoping to enjoy the balcony since the weather was nice but couldn’t due to excessive bird poop everywhere.

Everything was great. I gave cleanliness a 4 because when i was there I had to search for something I dropped and that’s when I saw beneath the couch was not clean.
