We stay here every month because it is a wonderful location, fabulous hotel, and amazing staff. Fast WiFi, great beds, thoughtful amenities, and the best food you’ll ever have in a restaurant attached to a hotel. If you need to stay in Calgary, this is the best choice.

Noisy, needs maintenance cleaning is ordinary calcium deposits blocking shower heads and covering underside of hand rail.

Quick stop over before a next day flight. We stay here often, it’s very comfortable, clean and has a restaurant.

Very comfortable and well maintained hotel close to airport. Pancini is nice restaurant, but a bit pricey for breakfast.

Great location near Calgary Airport with free shuttle service on demand. Rooftop jacuzzis are a cool place to hang out and watch planes take off (but did not use because it is November). Couple of free drinks and breakfast included was nice and Italian Restaurant and bar attached to hotel is very nice and food and service was great…

Very friendly staff, new hotel, very clean. The roof top hot tub was amazing! Tv selection was good they had chrome cast as well. I did like the vanity with mirror to get ready at. The breakfast was nothing to write home about, it was a few choices from their restaurant, I remember some options were yogurt and applesauce, or a bagel and applesauce. The bed in my room was not comfortable, and there was no charging ports for my phone. Most hotels now have a usb charging port.

Largest room that we stayed in for our entire trip. Very grateful for the space. Wish we stayed more days here. Pros - Clean, smelled great, comfortable beds, large shower (no tub which was great), italian restaurant onsite, elevators. The only downside was the uncertainty of the staff on whether the bottled water in the room was complimentary. We were instructed to come to the front desk for water since there was no fountain in their hotel. The two roof-top hot tubs were nice and large. I wish there was a pool but the hot tubs were nice.

The bed was a bit hard and the lotions and shampoos were cheap. The staff in the restaurant treated people with coupons different than people with cash. We were made to stand and wait while others seated. Found that with the bartender last night too. Not impressed. Washer and dryer out of service. Best service from anyone was the front desk. Always smiling and kind.

In the room we had, there were stains on carpet and cloth headboard on the bed. The room needs a full cleaning. The hallway leading to room showed signs of heavy use and were very dirty. I did address this with the front desk. They said the whole wing of hotel we stayed in is slated for renos this wintet

Upon entering room, went to take a quick shower and there was no running water. Called front desk and they apologized as said the water was off until 4pm due to maintenance. At no time during my check-in at the front desk was this mentioned (I checked in at 3:15). Water indeed came back on at 4pm, however the water from the faucet was brown for 30 minutes. The water eventually settled on being a yellow tinged for the remainder of our stay. Checked the shower and it was also tinged yellow. My husband and I went up to see the hot tub, since we were staying on the 4th floor. There were empty beer cans, wine bottles, split liquor and garbage scattered all over the place. Very gross and not welcoming. I have been to Applause and Clique and had zero issues but I will definitely not be coming back to Acclaimed after this.

We arrived in Calgary late past 10pm. The proximity to the airport was excellent. However the rooms definitley need some renovations. The ambience of the room Was dark with furnitures which had noticeable dents and scratches. The front desk’s service was great.
