This place is amazing! The water slide and all the pools are incredible! The landscaping is a classy beautiful tropical garden and it lent privacy to the rooms. There is a huge gate when you enter and it will make you feel safe, taking away the unknown risks of traveling. All staff were warm and friendly. Johstyn and Maria were very helpful and answered so many questions gracefully. The staff at the restaurant are great too. Don’t pass on the shrimp ceviche at the restaurant, it has a perfect spicy citrus flavor, unlike the others that we’ve had that are too sweet. Wish we found this place earlier so that we can stay longer.

Paradise. If you’re considering booking this hotel, do it, you won’t be disappointed! So much attention to detail throughout the entire property. I must have said ‘it’s just so pretty’ HUNDREDS of times. Lol. Staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. The property is gated, so you have a keycard to get back in. My husband can’t go to sleep without white noise, but you literally hear the river and birds (while being bug free and having great air conditioning) and this is the first time he’s been able to sleep without his phone going. TVs have Netflix so you can just log into your account. Shower is huge! Waterfall shower head with HOT water. Great toiletries as well. Restaurant was top notch, we tried almost everything on the menu and every single thing was delicious! Staff was great, especially Ronaldo, Rolando, and Summer. We enjoyed every meal, sometimes while watching toucans jump around in the trees, and also a great view of the volcano. Included breakfast- SOO GOOD!! Fresh fruit and mixed bread come with your order. It was raining when we finished dinner one night and we were asked if we wanted a ride back to our room in a golf cart. Lol, We declined but then they insisted we take umbrellas. The staff is just so pleasant and goes out of their way to make sure you’re happy. Pools/hot tubs are just gorgeous!! Community spaces as well, there’s loungers, tables/chairs, hammocks, swings. All tucked away in different areas to always find a quiet spot. Highly recommend!!!

This place is wonderful!!! The hotel is only about 5 years old, so everything is in great condition. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Camila and Maria at the front desk did a fantastic job arranging tours for us. José, Diego E., Diego H., and Axel were great at serving as both wait staff and bartenders. The food and drink is top notch, and I’m a fairly hard critic. We will be back. I’ve only been gone for a few hours and I miss it already.

The customer service was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for better. The food at the restaurant was great. The pool areas were clean and beautiful. I loved everything about the stay here. One suggestion would be to move the chickens away from the gym area. They were smelly. But I would definitely recommend this place
