A beautiful lodge setting with private and comfortable rooms, many of which have a view of the lake. The place could use a little refresh in some areas, but the comfort and cleanliness is beyond reproach.

Family of 5 adults stayed in two adjoining chalets. It was perfect!! Lots of room and all the amenities you would expect. Very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Would definitely book at the Silver Dart again.

Stayed in the chalet. Gorgeous view of Bras d’Or Lake. Two very comfy queen beds. The wall between the two rooms seems thin as we heard the neighbours speaking, dragging furniture and coughing. But once they settled for the night it was super quiet. Clean and very friendly reception staff.

A hotel with good sea views in a pleasant village. Well appointed rooms, efficient, friendly staff and excellent food at very reasonable prices. Well worth staying here if you are in this area.

Had a lovely view of the Bras d’Ors Lakes. Be sure to call the lodge first if you have a pet. Initially we were assigned to a room that said no animals even thought the property is listed as pet friendly. They were able to accommodate us and switch rooms but the entire place is not pet friendly they have a building that is for people with allergies.

This was a lovely place. Nice, quiet location but close to town. Very spacious rooms with lovely water views. Staff very friendly. Restaurant on site but we didn’t eat there. We were very satisfied.

it was clean but the rooms are on a split level with no elevator, which was not mentioned, when we checked in they were okay, but when I asked why we were in back, she said anyone who booked with Expedia was NOT given a room with a view. They served a continental breakfast and I was also told because we booked through Expedia it was NOT included. ($18 canadian Although I was not even encouraged to eat thereand we did not tealize the codt until we were presented with the ticket.) There was no reference to silver Dart, but it was a plane built by Alexander Graham Bell. The air conditioner was a window unit and it sounded like a jet plane every time it turned on, which was frequently during the night. the towels were nice but my bed was too soft It was an okay stay but did not meet up to expectations. I would give it a 6 out of 10 and would not recommend.

The buffet was supposed to run from 5:30-8:30 and ran out of both ham and roast beef at 7:10. Unacceptable

I would have liked if there was a breakfast included woth our stay or a discount at the very least. Very nice property otherwise.

Beautiful quiet relaxing spot. Very comfortable furniture inside and out.

Stay away from the lower level. Dehumidifiers working all the time to address the fact that units are below grade.
