I'm sure the stay would have been fantastic if I'd booked for the right date. I find myself without accommodation because the booking was for April and it's now August. At least it's an anecdote that will last!

Over 30 degrees in the room at arrival. Ac broken and at 04:30 the unite started to make loud noises. Not much sleep…

The staff was wonderful. Very friendly. The room was basic but clean. There was a wide variety of food on the breakfast buffet. For dinner, they had pizzas and salads. Two pages of tyes of pizzas.

The hotel isn’t too far from the main bus station, but is in an area that is a bit run down. The hotel itself looks very nice and the rooms are good except for small details like power plug fittings being broken, no toilet paper dispenser and for some reason my bed side power port didn’t work. Other than that it’s a very nice hotel with a restaurant next to the reception that serves pizza.

Spacious room for three people and the beds were very comfy. Hotel staff were very helpful. Only thing missing was a plug in the bathroom for the sink and bath. Would recommend the hotel and would stay here again.

Ok, location near bus station but 20 minutes walk from major tourist sites. No kettles in room. Very poor pillows and don’t have any alternative pillows. Breakfast same everyday.

Stayed for 3 nigths and everything went well. Staff was nice and helpfull, the lobby is also a cafe with a nice interior design. Hotelroom was quiet, no noise from street or neighbors, clean, the bed was comfortable. Would stay again if i came back to Zagreb.

Interior decor on the first floor was unique and interesting. All staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding!
Service on patio was limited. Self orders were required but not posted. Menu was very limited.

Beautiful hotel, construction in front of hotel made it hard to walk and it was muddy. Staff were wonderful in spite of all this.

5 min walk from Zagreb bus station. Room was large and very clean. Staff were polite too. Only issue I found was the air condition just couldn’t get the room cool enough to sleep comfortably at night.

Cosy and comfortable boutique hotel on the edge of Zagreb city centre, easy to get to via public transport. Lovely room with balcony and all the amenities you need. Breakfast was good too with good range of dishes
