The hotel and staff were absolutely amazing. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and modern. Rooms were spotless! Beds were comfy. Lots of towels. I was a faithful customer to an another hotel chain, but lost respect for them due to the poor attitude of the staff and poor conditions of the rooms. I am glad I found Wyndham. You now have a new customer. This will be my go to hotel!! Thanks!!!

I definitely would never stay there again and regret booking. The hotel was filthy. Our room was filthy. You can tell they've never cleaned the baseboards. Every ledge had layers of dust on it. The floor was filthy. I could have managed all that the door to the hall had a 2-in gap. Not only that you could hardly close the door without slamming it shut or pulling it hard as you could open. It seemed like every door was that way because all you heard was slamming morning tonight. Hardly got any sleep that insulation has to be non-existent. You can hear everyone on the walls next to you and above you. I would not recommend staying here. It looks like a nice hotel company bought it. Old crappy hotel did minimal renovations. The hotel is decent, but tge room wasn't clean, we found an old socks on the floor, besides, there is dust on the backside of the table. The curtain of the shower was ripped. The door o the room was broken, very hard to open.

The room was unclean, i cut my hand on a broken chair . The room was very runned down. But the people were amazing and service was great. Need to remodel before someone really gets hurt. I should have went for stiches but bufferflied my cut instead. Again service amazing. Rooms gross and unsafe

This hotel needs a lot of updating. Mattress was filthy on the side. Curtains were off track. Needs dusted. Just in poor condition. Plus $10 parking fee which is ridiculous.

Decent hotel. The room needs some TLC. Had wallpaper coming off in spots. The door handle is loose. The breakfast was terrible.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean a little on the small side for a family of 5. And the whole room was tiled. I prefer carpet in the living areas.

Hall had chocolate smeared on floor and random papers and a bottle all day. Bathroom shower leaked all over floor despite gobs of caulk in the back corner of shower also ceiling had mold in shower. White splatter marks of not sure what on wall above bed.

Great no frills place if you’re traveling and want a quiet restful place at the end of your day. It’s close to a Walmart and a couple local restaurants. The bed is comfortable. Our only disappointment was that when we arrived, there were several men outside the main entrance drinking beer and some were smoking. It did not make for a pleasant reception upon arrival. My husband made a call to report it. Once we returned from dinner the men had dispersed and everything has been pleasant the remainder of our visit.

We’re booked 2 room,- 1 was clean, and the other room was not to clean and body wash was finished. Pool wasn’t enough heated. And I would recommend to increase the breakfast meal and taste of the coffee and tea. Other stuffs were good,- easy to walk anywhere because of the great location.

Biggest negative: they removed all carpet in favor of hard surface flooring -- nice looking, but lack of padding makes noise level high between floors -- we heard the thumping of feet overhead, as I'm sure they heard us below. Also, the hardscape floors show every crumb -- making the place less clean -- we could see small clusters of debris in every corner!

Not the best as it was noisy in halls and breakfast was so crowded we had no place to sit employee at breakfast was not at all plesant she was huffy with people and seemed unhappy with her job. The room was not as nice as pictured on site it is run down and had holes in the closet door and wall as well. Bathtub was not clean and the shower wall had a dirt smudge on it that was clearly visible very disappointing I am thinking we will steer clear of windam from now on. The trip was not one to brag about here.
