Great location for airport and comfy beds

I've stayed at this hotel numerous times in the last couple of years and I feel the quality of the rooms overall is very good for the rate that is charged. My only complaint or issue is that during a week stay on more than one visit I had only received housekeeping service one time. I can understand that when the hotel is busy that daily service may be tough to schedule every room for full service but I think at the very minimum towels should be switched out. I work in the trades and having to reuse wash cloths and towels for 3 days is not ideal. I don't expect a complete overhaul of the room daily as I don't leave it in a total state of disrepair as it is my home while I'm away for work but a quick daily swap out of toiletries and garbages doesn't seem like too big of an expectation

Our short stay was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Second time staying there, first time I booked through hotels.com when I arrived they made m.e pay extra for a new room becuse the one I booked wasn't available, second time I got a room there was no TV remote, called the front desk, waited for 30 mins and finally went down to the desk to find the front desk attendant in the restaurant and totally forgot to get me a remote, last time I stay there.. too bad its a nice hotel..

This Suits are spacious and well set up for visiting with friends. There is a small kitchenette, but nothing in the cabinets (like basic glasswear and dishes, as other hotels provide in suites)

Another quick stay at the Radisson - clean, comfortable and best of all, offered at a cheaper price point. I'm glad I found this hotel which is super close to the outlet mall

Great price (quality is not compromised), location and the restaurant is a great addition as there’s not much close by and hopefully they will extend closing time by 60-90 minutes

Was very short but the guy at the desk was great as he had everything ready I just needed to sign a paper and swipe a card … beds are very soft not hard to fall asleep in them beds .

Checked in after taking three flights so was already exhausted and ready for a nice rest. Was only person at check in and was not greeted by a friendly manner. Gentleman at the front desk seemed almost annoyed by my check in, I could not understand what he was saying. And I even tried to toss a light joke to lighten the mood with no avail. I was not offered or told if I received an upgrade due to my gold status, and I was not given my 20% off coupon until I asked about it. When you are VIP the check in person should already be aware of these perks and make note of them, not mention them at all to just get the check in done as quick as possible. I had to kindly ask the clerk to repeat himself several times as he was very short and almost mumbling. I remember visitng this hotel some time ago and I mentioned that the gym equipment was broken. It's STILL broken. Spend a few bucks and either fix it or replace it. By seeing it like this still it means you take no content from your customers feedback which is depressing. You need to do better. Fix the gym and either re train or replace the front agent.
