The light and decor were full of dust. The furniture looked as if it was not wiped down ever. Pool area did not have enough lounge chairs and area around pool was dirty. Hot tub was broken and had green dirty water in the bottom. First time I have been dissapointed in a Marriott.

The staff is friendly the hotel itself was short staffed. I checked after 6:00pm and soiled bed linen and towels was lining the hallway as well as dirty dishes.the phones did not work and maintenence couldn't repair them. Moped to anther room phone still did not work. Just gave up because after the lateness of my return and the labor involved in moving. Called Marriott to file a complaint this not their standard and the linen in the hallway is definitely not exceptable with covid still around. The whole hallway way was lined they started picking up after i complained,which was appreciated. The maintenance person did it became house keeping was gone for the day. Manager was not there according to front desk.

Great hotel with super friendly staff. Hotel was quiet and had everything we need included a refrigerator.

Excellent location, right next to the boardwalk. I did notice the problem with parking that has been mentioned in other reviews, but it was not an issue for me (although I arrived in the afternoon). Comfortable room, although no trash or recycling containers in the room, other than in the bathroom. I would probably stay here again.

There was ONE front desk staff member who was not very welcoming. She didn’t look at me when speaking, no smile and no apology when she had to switch my room for a 3rd time. I also wasn’t aware of the pool area being next to a construction site where saw dust was all in the pool. I wasn’t made aware about breakfast options and the doors to the pool area were not working in two rooms.

I would be happy to stay there again! Customer service was outstanding. Room was great and to be poolside was an extra surprise bonus.

super disappointed in the deterioration of the hotel standards as a Marriott and also the boardwalk area. The location was the reason for the choice so the boardwalk was accessible, but it is a ghost town now and didn't feel safe. Most places shut or boarded up. The hotel felt grubby, the rooms required deep cleaning and repairs to basic things, even furniture had stains, etc., and the bathroom was really not good. Would not return and cancelled second night.

The state was good. I didn’t notice that there was no free breakfast. I usually try to go for that but they did have breakfast for purchase location great, friendly staff. Everything else was perfect.
