Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Bedroom always cleaned quickly. breakfast - lots to choose from. Spacious room with patio with incredible views. walking distance from town. Felt very safe.

Excellent all around except for one lady with dark hair who worked the breakfast shift. Very strict and easily annoyed. The other staff members were amazing

Was very disappointed with the room we were originally given. It felt like a dungeon. Few windows, smells of mildew. Requested a different room, was accommodated, but charged for the new room and the “snacks they provided as we waited for the new room to be prepared.

We loved everything about our trip! The staff made sure we had everything we needed, and were so friendly and accommodating. They truly made the first part of our Italian vacation as good as it could have been. Mara was especially wonderful! The location of the hotel is perfect, and has beautiful views that are hard to beat! -Adrianne and Donnie

Rooms are specious, nice garden. There was a problem with the A/C which was a downer, but probably simply bad luck

Very nice hotel close to the beach and restaurants in Limone. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The hotel also offers a good parking garage.

The hotel room was quite new with beautiful lake view, but when we check in, the female receptionist at the old hotel building was very impolite with no smile and she needed to keep our passports overnight just because she was too busy to make photocopy of them.
However, we don't have problem with the Male receptionist when we check out.

Rooms were good and clean. The only issue there wasn’t a reception inside the building. To check-in/out we went to another hotel on the other side of the road. Really strange
