We loved our time there. The people who work there are so helpful and friendly. We thought Kevin and David who both worked at the front desk exceptional. They went beyond their jobs and helped us with the area. The best restaurants were recommended by Kevin. Lydia also was fantastic with cleaning our apartment and getting things we needed. We loved our visit.

They went beyond their jobs and helped us with the area. The best restaurants were recommended by Kevin. Lydia also was fantastic with cleaning our apartment and getting things we needed. This location is a five minute walk to the beach. It was very quiet despite being on the main road. The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. David and Roy really made our stay special - helped us with directions, greeted us by name and offered many recommendations. Property felt very safe - they had a full time security guard (this may have just been because it was a holiday though). Pool and common area was clean and enjoyable. Other guests were respectful and interesting to chat with. Other guests were mostly families and couples. We will stay here again and would recommend to others.

Great modern property right in the heart of Playa Carmen. Easy walk to the beach. The main street is a bit crazy, but the property is quiet and new. Staff is excellent.

Amazing modern Hotel with the best location in town. Easily walk to the beach, restaurants, or shops. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the upgrades throughout the property are wonderful. Can’t wait to come back to Ventura , Santa Teresa!!
