The front desk staff were friendly and service was quick. Front lobby was inviting. Hotel was in good condition overall. The grout in our shower was very dark and discolored near the corners and edges. There was hair stuck to the floor on the bathroom when we got there. Sheets and towels seemed clean, bed was comfortable enough but quite soft. Pillows were not very comfortable or consistent in quality. It was really easy to hear everyone and everything in the hallway and floor above ours. We enjoyed the pool, water slide and hot tub. The water in the pool is not warm at all. The hot tub was nice but had a strong chemical smell. The air temperature was nice and warm, especially in contrast to the pool temperature. The towels provided are quite small and thin.
There is no continental breakfast and the restaurant prices are high. The coffee for purchase was terrible. We did not purchase any food.

The room was great! Very comfy, king-sized bed, spacious with two high back chairs and table, and a fridge. The only complaints I have are inadequate water pressure, and paper-thin walls. The water pressure was nearly non-existent to the point it took way longer to take a shower. Given there were a lot of kids staying at the hotel, the paper-thin walls made it very noisy until about 10pm.

The hotel and staff are excellent but they could put a little more effort in to the food in the restaurant. While the food is OK thats all it is. I would have rated it higher if the restaurant food was a better quality.

My son and I had a very short stay for a volleyball tournament. Had a late check in and had to check out again at 8:00 am. Basically just needed a place to sleep

Disappointing for a hotel billed as luxury. Had to switch rooms as the heating system did not work in the original. The comforter on the bed was as thin as a top sheet so had to request an actual comforter when the temperature outside was only 6 C. Stern warning posted in bathroom that amenities removed from the room would be charged to the bill - would have expected that the minuscule bottles of low quality shampoo etc were included in the price of the room. Hallway carpeting is musty and dated. The on- room iron barely heated up. No room service or Netflix options.

For an "airport hotel", it was very comfortable and spacious. Check-in was smooth, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom functioned well, and the food in the dining room was quite good. There were an ice machine and a soda vending machine on our floor. The shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient and the driver quite helpful. It was really everything we wanted in an airport hotel.

No issues with the hotel. Always a great place to stay. The only suggestion I’d have is the airport shuttle is too small. They need to upsize it. Many people waiting for multiple trips in the morning is not efficient.
