Amazing stay! The live music during our breakfast was such a special touch. The amenities including the basketball court were also great! 10/10 recommend this hotel property. It’s in a great location that is safe. The hotel is also near restaurants and other shops.

This has always been our goto place to stay in saltillo.
but over the last couple of years the price increase has not kept pace with the value offered. We expect more when we have to pay more. We were really put off by the dirty hand print on the wall in our room

Stayed 5 nights for a business trip. The staff very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and had many amenities. Breakfast was included as well as providing dinner Tuesday - Thursday. Would recommend trying out if needing a place to stay in the area.

The room smelled horribly, and there was blood in the bathroom. The staff quickly changed our room but we couldn’t feel confortable any more

Clean room, well equipped, all in order. Good Wi-Fi. Only problems were hairdryer that was inefficient, lightly blowing only cold air. Water stream in the shower and tap was under pressure, perhaps clogged, splashing the water around.

A nice hotel with many amenities around. This is the first time in ages that a level 2 destination charger is available at a cost, they are typically free for customers but at the Hotel they’re intending a flat fee of over 30 USD per day. (Even higher than the cost of supercharging)
