The view to Han River is impressive especially from the infinite pool on 20th floor. However, its location is very inconvenient, far away from any tourist attractions or shopping of local foods.

This was my first time in South Korea and I found the transfer from the Airport by bus straightforward and the drop off point was close to the hotel. I was early so couldn’t get my room straight away but easily passed the time wandering around the local area familiarising myself. Subway really close by and easy to navigate. Hotel was good position, rooms were ideal, breakfast was amazing. Restaurant for dinner was expensive. Pool area lovely. All in all a great place to be introduced to South Korea.

It took an hour to check in even though it was a weekday.
So much of chlorine smell gave me a headache.
Except these, a beautiful hotel.

Very prompt reply from hotel staff. The property itself is well managed with a bit far away location. However, there are many good foods around and easy to access public transport if you would like to go to poplar travelers destination

I wouldn’t recommend. Staff were very nice. But that’s it. Hotel doesn’t allow guests to use amenities once in a day. I’ve never heard of anything like this. Outdoor pool is nice but indoor is very average.

It's a new hotel with a wonderful view of Han River. Service was great, nice linen, great mattress.
Only downside is the parking. All cars must receive valet parking service (30,000 KRW).

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are decorated with great taste. The infinity pool gives you the opportunity to relax while contemplating the city. But what I will keep the most in mind is the amazing staff working there, who were so welcoming, warm, helpful that it makes the stay at the hotel a luxury experience.
The hotel deserves the 5 stars and I will come back for sure ! Many thanks again !
