I booked through Expedia payed for breakfast but hotel had no record of me paying for breakfast for multiple days. Expedia rolled the payment into room rate so I had no proof I paid. Expedia did not resolve the situation

The pull out bed was broken and wouldnt even go back into the couch so we had to end up moving rooms at 11pm with 2 small toddlers. Not ideal, but none of the staff that were working at the time's fault. The staff were very accomdating with moving us.

This is a beautiful hotel. Loved that it was away from the evening crowds.
The staff are absolutely lovely - as are the rooms. The restaurant is small and the food is delicious.

You don’t walk guests at 8:15pm on a Saturday when they call ahead right before the flight to ask if the room will be ready. Total disappointment, entire place is forgettable.

They are great and accommodating. Expedia had horrible customer service and told me my hotel was full at 830pm by email which they conveyed at 910pm when I attempted to check in ar the Canopy Hilton at 9:10pm. I will NEVER use Expedia again.

My wife and I stayed for two nights. We had only positive feedback for the hotel: friendly staff, amazing room (especially the bathroom and walk-in shower), the location. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Central to some of Chicago best sights with Union station and the Chicago Waterway, the theatre district and Millennium Park being just 5 minutes walk away. We absolutely walked everywhere, and will most definitely return.
