Overnight stay while travelling to another location.

Location is excellent, but our room had a smell almost like a pee smell or something. Floors looked like they needed to be swept and moped.

Room floors were dirty, had to walk with our shoes in order not to dirty our feet. The pool was not open.

Well, first of all the ads stated that it had oceanview rooms. That’s a lie. Even the staff didn’t know why they put that on the ad I requested a refund minus the night that I stood and I was charged instead of refunded, $354.06 being that the room for one night although said it was $206 turned out to cost 267.05 and to top it off I never got my $50 incidental fee back either. So I would not recommend this place. they were dishonest in the description and dishonest and refunding me . be careful if you choose this place just know that it’s very basic and by the way the beds are hard.

Staff was cheerful, very accommodating, awesome relax full experience. Will definitely recommend to anyone and make it our destination place

The clerk agreed and said it was easier on his end to start a "new" reservation for the one night instead of changing the Expedia reservation. He also agreed to give us the "member" pricing which was $90/night, which I paid at that time. On the original day we would have checked out (but extended) I get a call from the hotel saying our luggage was still in the room and wondered why we didn't check out. They then proceeded to tell me that they found the other reservation but the clerk made a mistake and it was for the wrong day, so the PRICE WAS GOING TO BE DOUBLE WHAT HE ALREADY CHARGED ME. They did end up figuring out what the clerk did wrong, and gave me a small price break but I still had to pay more. The ice machine was broken as well, although they were very accommodating to get bagged ice for us. Overall the property was clean and quiet.

Property lacks basic amenities! Had an iron, but no ironing board. No tissue anywhere. No bar soap as an alternative to shower gel. Lotion choice stinks. Frig in the room was long overdue for freezer defrost. Mattress needs to be replaced. It's been used on one side far more than the other side. Ice machine was out of order & there was no apology or sense of urgency to get it repaired. No pool or hot tub on property. Lobby smelled like curry. No unusual for Indian owners. The breakfast offering was worth the time to put it out. They should just do coffee only. Lack of communication between housekeeping staff & the front desk!! I paid extra for an early check in. 30 minutes after I was in the room, housekeeping was pounding on my door & asking if I was checking out!! I'll stop here. Needless to say, I won't be staying here in the future. Property is not recommended for seasoned travelers like myself...

Although this is a budget motel, I found it to be perfect for a short stay. The staff was super nice and accommodating, I had a very clean remodeled room, and even though it’s on a major street, it was quiet. Walking distance to a little Food Mart, Starbucks and a fantastic burger place… I was pleasantly impressed and would stay here again.

Staff was great and very accommodating. Hotel is older but being remodeled. On busy street so road noise is non stop if that bothers you. Within walking distance of the beach, dining and stores.
