Last minute booking- very updated room, super clean, fast check in & check out. Convenient location.

We were put on the 4th floor with no elevator. You're only given 3 flat pillows per bed and the pillow cases were dingy looking. There is no iron to iron your clothes. There was a small gap in the door frame(you could see the outside light through it). Breakfast was danishes and small muffins. They don't clean the rooms every day unless requested(if you're paying full price, you should get full service without asking)

Bathroom should have been cleaned better. It was like pulling teeth to get towels even though the booking was for 4 people. Breakfast was not breakfast it was pastries and juice or nasty coffee. Good thing Dunkin was next door though. Door had a hard time locking it. Over all wasn't horrible but wasn't the greatest. I could have went to a different hotel got it $30 cheaper a night and had the same type of stay. Did end up checking out a day early cause of the noise and beds weren't all that comfortable.

The price was extremely affordable. The room was pretty basic but we are basic people and only really needed the room to sleep. No problems here at all, we would recommend.

Had pre-called office confirming reservation and discussed my limit on walking etc. and need for handicap room. Even though this isn't a handicap facility. She was able to put us in Room 112 that had a tub grab bar and the toilet pretty much looked handicap height. Was very grateful for the room we were placed in. We will in the future stay again.

Property was Very clean beds were extremely comfortable and I had a late check in and the front desk clerk was amazing and very helpful I’ve stayed here a few times and will be returning in the future.

Best place to stay for shopping and food. Room was very comfortable and nice I would recommend staying here for your vacation. We will be back again to stay here
