Great place to stay with outdoor jacuzzi! Location was perfect next to shops, restaurants, easy to get to all major attractions. Room was quiet and comfortable with lots is space! Katherine was so helpful with my stay. You can use WhatsApp to easily communicate with host.

Fantastic city, great location. Nice manager, access to a washing machine. Weird that the toilet is essentially in the bedroom with no door, thus no privacy. Odd even if alone. If not, super awkward.

Wonderful, charming apartment in the middle of the city. Clean, stylish and comfy. They contacted us beforehand to help with directions and parking which was very helpful. Also after arriving we were offered help with restaurants, tour or event booking. It felt like having a private concierge. We would absolutely reccomend staying there!

Absolutely loved our stay! The room was gorgeous, and the entire property is perfectly located in the city center. The small pool/hot tub on our balcony was perfect for relaxing at the end of a long day exploring Alhambra. A wonderfully comfortable, BEAUTIFUL accommodation for visiting the many sites Granada has to offer.
The parking was a bit challenging for us (we aren’t used to driving in the lovely, but very narrow labyrinthine streets) but the hotel manager went above and beyond and helped us to the parking garage.Truly exceptional service and communication! For those not used to this type of driving, parking outside city center is ample and you can take one of the many convenient taxis to the location.
Would absolutely recommend staying at this luxurious and charming hotel when visiting Granada!

Just an exceptional and delightful stay at the Palatino to end our Spain trip. My family and I couldn’t have been more happier with the suite. From the comfort, aesthetic, and attention to detail of every inch of the suite, you fall in love right away. Its also located in a perfect area thats walking distance to almost anything you would find interesting in Granada. Javier was also the best host anyone could ask for. He was incredibly welcoming and gave us great food recommendations. It was truly a joy, I highly recommend. I know where I’ll be staying when I'm back to visit Granada.

Amazing apartment, brilliant location and just the best service from Katherina. Family of 4 (12yo and 9yo kids). Couldn't recommend a better place to stay, we'll be back 100%.

Everything was perfect with our stay. We were greeted at the curb by Katherina as our taxi pulled up to the building. She gave us a tour of our beautiful apartment. We were in the perfect location within walking distance of everything.

Unit was very clean with all the amenities for a comfortable stay (stocked kitchen, towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We suggest installing a full-length mirror. Regardless we highly recommend!

Great location, close to everything. Apartment with updated amenities. Feel like home away from home. Katherine is very helpful and would book flamenco show, arrange taxi pick up and provide lots of info for the area. She also make sure we got the tickets to Alhambra before our arrival. Thanks for making our stay in Granada so wonderful!

We loved the apartment; It was beautifully renovated and the location was very convenient . The manager met us when we arrived and helped us park our car in the property underground parking. Our apartment was a corner unit and 2 of the 4 windows were facing a building that was being renovated. Luckily it was the week end so they were not working and there wasn’t any noise.

Not only was the unit we stayed in spotless and adorable, but it was also in a great location and one of our favorites during our two-week tour of Spain. Katherina was the absolute best. She reached out the day of our arrival to see if we needed a taxi arranged. When we arrived, she greeted us and had great recommendations of places to visit as well as restaurants. We had a little hiccup getting into our unit one night (dead battery on the door lock), and Katherina was on it and the issue was resolved in no time. It was no big deal for us, but she was very apologetic. We loved our stay at Palatina Concept Suites and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Granda.

Katherine was especially helpful... contacted us in advance and met us at the property. In addition, she helped us get to a tour that was timed tightly with our arrival. The property was great – newly redone – and in a great location.

It can get noisy because of tapas bars on the street but if that bothers you don't come to Spain. They are all over, fun, and noisy. Overall a wonderful stay.

pre arrival we had excellent communication from the host Katherina who provided amazing information regarding not only the property but restaurants and sites worth seeing, she offered to book everything for us. This is rated at a 2.5 stars, but would definitely give this a 5 star rating

The suite itself was stunningly designed with lots of intricate details on the cabinet handles and doors. I would love to have my house designed similarly! We had a rainy few days in Granada and the suite served as a warm and superbly comfortable home base for us. The kid was happy to have access to Netflix during the days we were rained out, and having access to laundry was a bonus for me. The kitchen was great - complete with coffee pod machine, hot water pot, microwave, induction stovetop (awesome), an actual kitchen hood with vent, and dishwasher. A luxury stay!
