The bed was not comfortable in room 107 and the fridge made a high pitched sound that kept me awake.

Nice but water pressure sucked and didn’t get hot enough. We dealt with it as it was only for the night. Was on the second floor.

Staff were excellent and very patient as we were there as a hockey team for a tournament. Hotel, was ok but only one elevator worked, men's washroom was mostly out of order, room bathroom fan didn't work, pillows were absolutely flat, pool room was cold, door swipes seldom worked, food/beverage was extremely over priced, hot water didn't last.

The room was not clean when we arrived, however the hotel did clean the room for us. We asked if we could possibly have some complimentary breakfasts for the inconvenience, but the hotel declined. The answer given was we had already received the room at such a low rate that it could not be done. The staff did not seem very interested in making it right beyond cleaning the room, which should have been done in the first place. As well the hotel was marketed as having a hot tub. Although there was a hot tub, it was broken. Hotel staff said it would be fixed by the second night of our stay, it was not fixed by the time we left on our 5th night. Overall not a very good experience with this hotel. I will never book at this location again. I truly think Hotels.com should remove this hotel from their availability.

Because we used a third-party Hotels.com, the payments didn’t go through fast enough, so the hotel made my wife my grandkids and my daughter sit for one hour in the lobby, then the next day they worn them again they may lose their room as payments for the first night went through, but not the second night, this thing seems to be an ongoing problem

3 night stay with my family. Found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Rooms and common areas are clean and welcoming. Breakfast isn’t anything to write home about but good enough.

The front desk person was very unfriendly when checking in. We were not told up front of a damage deposit (which usually they tell you they are going to charge above and beyond the room charge). And the service for breakfast wasn’t good either.

i booked this to have a fun and relaxing weekend, however when i got there, the amenities where not up to what ive expected. The hot tub wasnt working, some of the guest said its been broken for days. The pool looked like tge water hasnt been cleaned for a while. Also we thought the breakfast was included since the front of the house mentioned it to me upon checking in. Then the following morning we were told it wasnt and we had to pay extra 19.98$. Also when i was about to lay down and sleep i was hearing a cracking noise. then i checked it out the bed frame was broken, so i when down and complain about it, the gave us another room. it was kinda stressful to be honest. i wish something can be done about this.

Great place to stay with small children before our flight. We booked a large suite where we were able to put our child down and still be able to move around freely. Staff were very accommodating in finding a crib too when the requested one was not in the room when I arrived. We will definitely stay here again.
