Service and food offering was excellent. Loved the location and valet parking. Hotel rooms, pool area and restauraunts need a face lift as they are now tired.

Stayed at Sofitel Corniche for 10 days and then a further 4 days after a quick trip to Riyadh. The room for the first stay was on the 23rd floor, facing the sea and was spacious and well fit out. The room on the 10th floor for the 2nd stay (4 days) was smaller and had broken fridge but otherwise similar. Both rooms has extensive facilities (bath, shower, toilet, wardrobe and cupboard space, jug, etc The bed was very comfortable in both rooms. There are a variety of cafes and restaurants in the building and I think I tried all of them at various times. Breakfast on the Ground florr had an enormous selection catering for all types of diet. The Thai Restaurant was very good as was the poolside bar and food. If I go back to Abu Dhabi I would definitely stay here.

Great Hotel, Staff was Amazing , Henry from house keeping specifically was very helpfull, we forgot aome stuff in the room and he was very helpfull finding it and arranging for it.

We loved this hotel. It was in a terrific location. An easy walk to local restaurants and downtown. The board walk was across the street. It was about an hour walk to the pay beach. However there was a free shuttle from hotel we would take one of the ways to cut down walking time. The staff were friendly and helpful. We booked 2 tours (desert and Dubai) which were great and no issues. The jazz bar was amazing service, drinks and view. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean but dated. There was a strange light in the closet that we couldn't figure out how to turn off. Room cleaning varied. Some days it was terrific while other days they didnt restock the right number of towels and things. Absolutely recommend if staying in Abudhabi. Would stay again.

Excellent hotel in a great location, Super rooms, Complementary bus service every day to the beach, Great customer service by friendly staff and management, Nothing is too much trouble, Fantastic atmosphere and ambiance about the place. Great two swimming pools, Great to sit next to the pool in the evening for food and drinks from the restaurant, One Swimming pool is a hidden gem which is not obvious to find but great spot. Cocktail bar at the top is great with music and great views of the city. I would definitely go back and stay here again. We normally go to Dubai every year and stay at Sofitel on the Palm.

Ive always wanted to stay in the Sofitel and finally got my wish in Abu Dhabi. Its easy to find as its huge. Close to the Corniche. The room is big and spacious and i liked the sliding doors to the bathroom and the fact that you can ipen them out. A big tub plus all the soap, shampoo, moisturiser on tap. Lots of different teas were available along with filtered water and a kettle. I didnt eat breakfast downstairs as it was pricey. I wanted to use the pool but it closed at 4pm. When i came back from my day out in Abu Dhabi, i saw a note from the cleaners saying they've not cleaned my room as there "was a do not disturb message". God knows why they think that as i didnt see any sign. As a result, there wasnt any filtered water and ive run out of tea/milk. So i went down to reception who send a guy to bring me supllies. There wasnt any point having the bed, etc tidied up but it did annoy me - as if they were too lazy to clean it up. I did see other notes left on the doorstep of other rooms so it clearly wasnt just me. On the whole, its a relaxing place to stay and luxurious at a reasonable price.

I always preferred to stay At sofital as its close to many attractions, and surrounded with all services and i feel comfortable in it, yet its a time to renovate the whole interior!t The structure of the hotel and rooms layout plus the views are great, but it needs to consider loyal customers who do stay regularly and to raise their expectations.

The property is neat and clean staff are very helpful,area is close to the seawall very nice for early morning walk,transportation like shuttle bus is available to drop off and pick up specific time.
