When we showed up nobody's at the office we had to call a telephone number they took 10 minutes to come out they gave us the room there was other guests to smoking marijuana our door wouldn't lock the rooms were not clean bathroom was dirty they had it mopped very unsafe. We tried to give him the benefit of the doubt by requesting a new room. But they did not have any. Do not recommend

This place was the worse experience ever. I do not recommend staying here.

Never in my life have I been in a hotel like this. Not only was it unhygienic but the place was not safe at all. Many families stayed in different rooms. There were unclose-able doors, a sink in the entrance of the room (???), cockroaches, stained sheets, insufficient towels nor accommodations. The hallways reaked of a combination of pee, cigars, weed, and god knows what. Our welcome to the facility was an uncleaned vomit in the hallway. We saw a homeless walking around in the parking lots. And the rooms all smell of humidity. All of this and we only stayed for 3 days!!

Room was extremely dirty staff was unhelpful with everything when asked for management was told no manager is available for a week on premises asked for a phone number to call for management they gave us the phone number to the hotel people were selling and doing drugs all over the property including by the office i have pictures of the filthiest place i have ever stayed at door locks broken molded carpets in the halls and hungover the railings trash all over the place dog poo in the grass when you can see it because grass is over grown my wife and I had to leave early and stay at another place because of how nasty this place is they refused to refund any of the money i paid including my deposit do your self and family a favor do not ever stay here

There was nobody at the front desk to check-in. Called the number, no answer. Saw a paper that says to TEXT the number, did and then, 30min later, someone showed up to check me in. Then he doubted my check-in because the deposit was already paid online. He INVESTIGATED my check-in because he couldn't charge me the deposit while I was there. Called two managers who both told him to let me in and he still told me he'd have to investigate. Took me an hour and a half to finally get checked in after being taken to the first room that was completely flipped upside down. The second room was stayable but smelled bad and the experience left a horrid taste in my mouth. I've never even left a review for a hotel stay and this one needs to be heard.

Not clean, at 9 pm not having any rooms available clean, check in normal is at 4 pm to 9 pm not having any rooms, 9:30 pm showing one room...not internet, tv not work, toilets not flossing...smele mold inside...terrible conditions.

Tried to call for 20 min with no answer. Had to leave and came back at 4 to finally somebody in person. The place is nothing like the pictures posted. The room was dirty, towels old and hard and had to wait about 15 min to get hot water. Very poor condition overall. Save your money and go somewhere else. This place is a dump!

The rooms were dirty. The first room.they have ne was occupied by someone else..We couldn't get into the room. The other two rooms they showed us were very dirty. We ended up not getting a room in the property ..I still expect my money to be refuned.

The room we paid for wasn’t what we got. We were told that the ones on Hotels.com are the upgraded rooms. We would have to pay $20 more a night. The walls are thin and I heard the neighbors. I didn’t sleep well. Location was good , close to our job.

im unhappy. i booked a room with a king size bed at the Stayable Kissimmie West location..once i paid it made me stay at the Stayablr Kissimmie East location which i dont recommend..i paid for a king size bed..didnt get it..got stuck with 2 small double beds instead which were old & uncomfortable..the room looked nothing at all even close to the pictures on the website..the room smelled like smoke & mildew..my wife couldnt sleep well & she is in remission from cancer so we cant just stay anywhere due to her illness..the only reason we stayed here is simply because we had no other opitions at the time because it was almost 8pm & my wife needed her rest after traveling by car all day..
