Lovely hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Good atmosphere in common areas. Friendly staff. Good gym and spa. We loved the rooftop pool. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice evening meal too.
Rooms are great, loads of space and very comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Overall finish and quality was very high. Room was cleaned every day and beds made.
Location is ok but not near a metro station and a little tucked away but we managed fine with Ubers.

Beautiful suites , comfortable bed and clean bathroom ! Very spacious and great staff ,, Daniel was super helpful made our stay pleasant ,,, Only down side ask for a room with less noice , farther away from the main lobby and street

This is an amazing alternative for families that need to be close to the Polanco area. The suites are well equipped, have cool decor, modern furniture and bathrooms, and have plenty of space. The included breakfast was very good. Great value!

We got a room next to which there was construction going on and we couldn’t get sleep in the afternoon because of it after a long tiring flight .
We decided to check out in the evening without spend the night .
Not sure if you can do something. We’ve stayed here before and had no complaints. Hopefully next time if they decide to do something about this experience .

The hotel is OK and very comfortable.. Little noisy location, but that's expected with the city.
I'm giving this review very few stars because I'm still in a dispute regarding a refund for a night I didn't stay, and still don't agree with the policy due to a family emergency.. I've filed charge back and will maybe change my review pending if the hotel tells the truth.

From the time I arrived I felt like comfortable. The staff awaiting you outside of the hotel, is a very classy.
The hotel itself was very classy, my room was super cool and very roomy. The setup was perfect and the A/c worked fantastic!
