Evan with the clothes washer, jets in the whirlpool and fireplace not working we had a great experience. Close to Pigeon Forge but secluded area away from all the noise. Recommend to anyone looking to stay in Pigeon Forge

Great views and close to attractions

This place is amazing! Quiet, clean and great accommodations. Each unit has its own private back patio. Full kitchen, full size fridge, washer and dryer. Great for a family! Our unit had two bedrooms, so everyone had their own space. Very spacious living room. Everything was very clean. The pool is huge. The scenery is amazing. It is just off the main strip of town, so you are far enough away to not get all the noise of the cuty, but close enough to be close to everything. I will definitely be stying here next time we visit.

The condo inside is nice, clean, feel homey and view of the mountains is absolutely beautiful but the location to this property is another topic! I wouldn't want to go outside at night alone.

There was no clear posting of smoking areas, or dog walking areas. I was under impression that we would be near the pool and on ground floor. We were not. Alot of people hanging out outside and watching us go in and out. Jacuzzi tub was broken, blinds broken, pool table worn, toilet broken, but it was clean , and had plenty of room.

Nice clean place, big comfortable rooms, smart TV in every room. Full kitchen, living room, partially covered deck. Only the room with the bunk beds didn't have its own bathroom (which did mean someone had to have kids coming through their room to use the bathroom). Quick walk to nice pool with very well kept pool house, with couches and quality air hockey table and foosball and ping pong and clean bathrooms. Up a hill a half a mile or so, so while young strong people may have been able to walk to the main drag with all the restaurants and stores, we old out of shape types had to drive to everything. All in all, nice place.

The condo was extra large. A welcome surprise. Would be a little bit more Relaxing if there were maybe some pictures on the wall, maybe a few more decorations, it felt very sterile. And a few more options as far as glassware in the kitchen, with some mixing bowls, would be a nice touch. Other than that the place is really nice, and I hope to visit again

This is a beautifully kept, modern property. My kids loved it so much they didn’t want to leave. Enough space for our family of six and all of the things in the kitchen we needed (from a coffee maker to a blender to make food for our six month old). Beds and couches were super comfortable. Property manager was great-quick to answer questions and made checking in a breeze. View from the balcony was amazing. My kids loved the pool and game room n

This property is located at the top of the mountains with beautiful views. Conveniently close to shops and attractions as well. I stayed with two adults and three kids and had more than enough room. Having a full kitchen and the basic kitchenwares was so helpful. I would definitely stay again!

First the pros: location is great, view is beautiful, condo is roomy and comfortable. Easy to find, ample parking and is in a quiet area. Cons: Condo seems to be newly renovated and most all the interior doors stick and don’t lock. There aren’t any curtains or blinds on the exterior doors, one of which is a sliding patio door. But those things aren’t really a deal breaker for me. However, being on the bottom floor, the units above don’t have concrete floors and you can hear every step the the people make and in this case, what sounded like at least two kids running constantly back and forth while wearing shoes while doing it. They were extremely noisy and the first night it even went beyond the quiet time of 11:00. I wish I could recommend this property, it really is a pretty nice place, but I it was not a peaceful stay.
