Quite and comfortable. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Staff was very helpful and polite.

We got there and checked in got to our room. Which was reserved and paid for a multiple bed room and received a king bed with a pull out couch. I went back to the front desk to show them what I reserved and she said that’s all they had and could give me extra linens for the pull out couch. Then she said they only have 7 of those rooms and inventory doesn’t show correct on this website. Didn’t argue any further because it was late and we were tired from getting there so late. Breakfast wasn’t the best but staff was very nice and friendly!

Poor WiFi was unable to complete my remote work. Clogged shower, no where to put trash. Unable to let us in room due to stage being untrained. Staff was very kind but not helpful at night. Overall would not stay again and choose a more accommodating hotel.

Very nice hotel, a quick drive from the Space and Rocket Center, with shopping and dining a walkable - or a very short drive away. Great breakfasts every day, except they tended to run out of silverware for some reason.
No signs saying that we must ask for our room to be tidied so possibily they were short staffed this weekend, and we had to ask for clean towels. Overall, we'd go back because we enjoyed our stay,

The service was great from the front desk and management. It was not very clean room and had an odor. We had to be moved to año room as the toilet did flush after one use and there was no shower gel in the dispenser in the shower. The patio area was dirty as well. We were underwhelmed and expected more from a Hyatt brand. The breakfast was very nice.

Broken tiles in foyer and elevator, generally dirty and no housekeeping. We asked for towels and they said that we had to come down to front desk to get them. We went down and they only had hand towels. We stayed here a couple years ago and it was nice. Now it is dirty and unpleasant

Very nice check in. Staff is wonderful. The room was great with the most comfortable pillows and bed. Breakfast was ok. Location was perfect with the botanical gardens and space and rocket museum just down the road. I would for sure stay here again. It was very nice.

Room and location was very nice only complaint the sink in the kitchenette was clogged room 403 and the cast feature in the tv didn’t work I’m a tech savvy person tried on two cell phones and iPad non would stay connected or stream so it’s about time to update to smart tvs
