The motel is obviously dated but they have made many upgrades and looks like they are continuously improving. The price was so good that we were nervous it would be a dump but it was really quiet and the bedding was crisp and clean. We slept really well. We will definitely stay there again.

Room was clean, bed was very firm so had a restless sleep.there was a hint of cigarette smoke. Being on the wing by brook street it was noisy.

First thing was bugs, several crawling on the walls. Not bed bugs. Beetles. Hubby killed them. Likely slipped in when motel room was being cleaned. Room clean and comfortable. The problem is curtains in most motel rooms, they say blackout blinds but they are short and right over AC and light shines all around them because there is a bright light outside the window. We thought it was time to get up at 3:00 am because it was so ridiculously light in the room.

The Brooks Motor Inn was a clean place, good staff, right on the main road, so easy to get to your destinations. Breakfast had great choices. Restaurants were close enough by car. It was a great price for a nights stay.

Cost effective stay whilst road tripping, while it is an old motel, is clean. nice addition with a muffin and coffee to get you on the road in thw morning

This is definitely an older property, but it was very clean. It is right on a busy road, but the noise wasn't horrible. Parking was great. The price was awesome (less than $100/night)!! We just wanted a decent place to stay between two full days of driving and it was great for that.
