Staff was very nice. The new owner really needs to do some required annual maintenance of painting, fixing and painting some furniture. The bathroom could use some upgrades. Closets need painting. Balcony door locks need to be repaired. Their breakfast is below standard.

The area was quiet but parking was only available on the road in the vicinity of the hotel.

The rooms needs an upgrade, there is no elevator, very noisy at nights, it’s unsafe to walk outside of the property and there was NO hot water in 2 rooms that were booked.
Air conditioner worked great, seating area outside with a bar was convenient, complimentary breakfast and staff was awesome. Security on premises made us safe.

The best part of my stay was warmth, kind and accommodating staff.
The surrounding area of the hotel is a a deplorable condition.

I have no complaints, the accommodations, service and staff were excellent l had a really enjoyable experience and loved staying here..l certainly look forward to staying here again.

My wife and I spent 4 comfortable nights here. The area is excellent and quiet. The staff was professional, the breakfast was great. Overall our stay was worth it and will come back.

This is a basically nice hotel which could be so much better with faster service, better trained staff, and a swimming pool.
The location is not super-convenient but this does mean it's quieter, and taxis come reasonably promptly.

I stayed at this property three times before and it continues to improve. I has extended the facilities in a very good way to encourage me to return.

When I got the room it was not what I booked online. I tried to get a better room but didn't get any help that night. So I waited to get a change the next day but no one didn't even called me. The night of the 14th when I came back to the the was a roach on the floor. So when I went to check out the next day I was told that there is nothing they can do to help me. I was willing to stay another night but if i want a better room I had to pay alot more. Andrew was not a nice person and I will never stay there again.
