It was a terrible experience it was a power outage and water outage as well we couldn’t shower on top of that we had a disabled family member with us and we had to carry down stairs from 6th floor

Hotel is very presentable. Dining and bar are great.
Only down fall is the taxi that the hotel directed me too charges too much. They charged 15 dollars for a 5 min drive. I know for a fact that was way overpriced. Besides that, everything else was wonderful. I would highly recommend.

Room was very clean. Some of the furniture was outdated service was great unfortunate part of the smell cigarette everywhere.

I stay there every time I go to Mexico . It is the best facility and close to market place and busses. The dining area is excellent with friendly waiters and food very good. The dining area has an early morning buffet and a cook to make whatever one wants .Overall this hotel gets 5 stars .

As usual it was a great stay. Pueblo Amigo is my home away from home with its friendly and professional staff and clean rooms. Its always a pleasure to stay there when I visit Tijuana.
