Was a great experience from start to finish. Our butler (Rheas) was amazing throughout. Hotel is situated maximum 2 minutes walk across the road to the beach, which has bars and restaurants etc.
Hotel cant do enough for you, pleasure to stay there. Will be back.

Despite seminyak is a busy area the hotel was a retreat in middle of the bars and restaurants. Very quite, only need to cross a small road and you are on the beach. The room i stayed was quiet big and service was great

The hotel property is absolutely luscious and beautiful. The food here is to die for and the breakfast package is a must. The service was top notch and very accommodating. I will definitely whole heartedly recommend this hotel. Oh it’s in the middle of everything but still very quiet and peaceful.

They gave us a free upgrade to a partial ocean view and also late checkout. Which we are really thankful for !! I want to say special thanks to Febri Aryantini for all her kind help even in her day off !!
The only thing that I would try to improve in the hotel, (which is amazing) is the service in the restaurant. That are a little bit slow in everything, but -we would definitely love to comeback to this beautiful hotel !! I hope we can SOON !!

Among the best hotel I did.
I enjoyed the unique decoration in the room. It feels comfy and like home.
The only downside is the limited view of the breakfast area on the sea and no private area on the beach dedicated to the hoteL

What an amazing place to stay. It felt very luxurious, and the decor was just amazing. From amazing interiors to the beautifully landscaped tropical gardens, very Balinese pools, this place had it all. Staff could not do enough and they were so friendly and courteous. Very sad to leave. Would go back in a heartbeat.

This is such a beautiful property. They have taken extra steps to make it aesthetically pleasing. Especially the room was well designed and decorated. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have had anywhere in the world.

this is by far one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Just gorgeous from the moment you arrive. clean, modern architecture mixed with lush tropical landscaping. the site is perfect. the pools and restaurants are excellent. highly recommend.

Great location. Stafg very helpful and accomodating. The only criticism is there were smokers smoking at breakfast table at the outdoor tables undercover which was basically the inside restaurant when the doors are all open Complained but seems that this acceptable.

From our check in to the moment we left, service and amenities were top notch. Every employee was friendly, courteous and went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent. Breakfast each morning was excellent with a wide variety for every palette. The 3 pools were all different and gave us options for whatever mood we were in at the moment. Make sure to catch sunset and the beach vibe on the beach! So fun! We have never stayed at a hotel as wonderfully run as this one. We would not hesitate to recommend it. You definitely get what you pay for here!
