When we reached it was a bit of a nightmare, we saw piss on the toilet seats and the property had just been cleaned. We contacted the operator they said someone would come over and clean it. No one came for the 3 days we stayed over. We were told there would be cleaning products there was nothing besides liquid and a sponge, how can you wipe down the worktops after using them. Luckily I brought my own antibacterial wipes on the safe side. The property is quite old with a lot of old bad and broken furniture which needs replacing especially the beds the springs have come off. The kitchen area, and heating were good but could do we renovation. The TV is outdated and pots and pans I would not use as they are very old, dirty and rusty, luckily I brought my own.
Overall the rooms and furnitures need to be renovated.

Stayed here before and back there now .
My only grips are the heating. It’s like the system at work but seems stuck on 16 so it’s cold and you only get two bath towels regardless of how long you stay, you are expected to wash them and no tea towels even though no dishwasher.

Rather disappointing. Lots of space in this apartment style hotel but fittings were basic and everything rather 'tired'. Online check-in a real trial and rather pointless.
Not much in the immediate area although only a 10 minute walk to Salford quays.
Take care with security. My motorcycle was stolen 5 minutes after I arrived while checking in. Owners very unhelpful re. CCTV....
I know the theft wasn't the hotel's fault - just advising care in the surrounding area.

I tried contacting the compant when we got the the apartment because we couldnt find the tv remote anywhere. Was then told thay they only work monday to friday and i checked in on a friday and left on the sunday sohad to just sit in silence the whole time because they cant be bothered replying on weekends. The was also a few damages to the property when we entered and there was also a missing utensil which we took note of and took pictures of every inch of the property so they cant say he had done it.

The apartment was very clean and had ample equipment. Car parking was disappointingly on street but it didn’t have an issues though during the stay. It wasn’t the easiest check in and the communication wasn’t that clear but a phone call sorted it all out. The real disappointment though was that the next door apartment was full of louts who kept being noisy until 3:30am on a Tuesday night. It spoilt the stay for me and I wouldn’t stay there again. There’s no one on site to complain to and so I had to lose valuable sleep time.

Basic and very tired. The light shade hadn’t been dusted in a long time! The bed was ok but not the comfiest. Could definitely benefit from touching up old paintwork and given a good clean. Ok for what we were looking for but wouldn’t book again.

Perfect for what we needed.
The lady in the office stayed until we had booked in even though this made her late leaving, excellent.

Overall the apartment was good. Stairs to the first bedroom was very steep and the 2nd step on the stairs was loose so we had to be careful going up or coming down stairs. Especially with a 10 year old.
Showers were a bit on the small side (but I am over 6 foot) with a cracked tile on the bottom

We were visiting family and have to make the trip several times a month.
Perfect location only 10 min walk to area we needed. Can’t use it all the time due to cost and the amount of days a month we need.

Good experience overall, the room is clean and neat. Towels and basic soap, shampoo and conditioner is provided which is a plus. If you are looking for a quick overnight place to stay I would definitely recommend.

Overall very good - only minor issue was that the bathroom light didn't work. Only a one night stay so there wasn't an opportunity to get it rectified

Clean and well equipped room in second floor. Would need small maintenance as heating was partly with movable heater and both faucets were as well toilet seat were loose.
Check in was with instructions from internet after you had access time. Keep your cellphone battery enough capacity to get in. WIFI was good. Good public transport connections.

Overall a nice apartment and very comfortable beds! The shower needs some improvement .. a very loose, cracked tile and the doors didn’t shut properly. Great communication and easy booking in system.

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was done up to a nice standard. Self check in was nice and easy, there were a couple minor issues that when brought to attention were dealt with, overall i would highly recommend a stay here.

On arrival the property was not as clean as I would expect, crumbs all over the sofas, floor dirty. Glassware was cracked so unusable, apart from that a lovely little apartment.

We are a family of 4 and we stayed in this hotel for 6 days. By far, you are the best and most quality Hotel apartment in the Salford area, and your price is very reasonable and good. I hope you maintain this quality.
