Worst place I’ve ever rented went and got another room didn’t even stay walked in walked out

Pleasantly surprise to know that breakfast was served. Staff did not call back after promise to do so about the replacement of the broken hair dryer.

Check in was at 2pm. We arrived at 230, checked in and went up to the room. Room was not ready and had 2 people in it cleaning. Went back down to the lobby from the 3rd floor with Wife, Kids, and all luggage. Waited 10 mins and was given another room. Went up to that room, and the exact same thing was taking place as it to was still being cleaned and not ready. Went to the lobby again frustrated but did not get any response or apology. Other rooms around us were making noise and we could hear a lot of stuff. Decide. Just to check out and drive the few hrs back home and cut or losses. Do not reckoned staying here at all!

No lamps in the room, only overhead lights with different color bulbs. Damp room. The secondary lock in the door was broken off. The smoke alarm had been pulled from the ceiling and was missing. It was a quiet place though
