Smelly hotel, they mask the smoke smell with heavy perfume smells in both the hotel and casino., my bf and Iove going to casinos all around the world.. this one was so smelly, they dont even seperate the smoking from the non smoking area. The room was ok, nothing great, the bathroom grout needs cleaning and the towels are rough as hell.

A Relaxing Stay My recent stay at the Grey Eagle Resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the welcoming and professional staff who made us feel right at home. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, with modern amenities and thoughtful touches that enhance comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night’s sleep. The resort’s on-site restaurant was another highlight of our stay. The menu is diverse and thoughtfully curated, with a range of delicious selections. Each meal was wonderfully prepared and presented. The overall experience at Grey Eagle Resort was top-notch. The combination of a dedicated staff, comfortable and spacious accommodations, and a fantastic restaurant made our stay great.

FRIENDLY STAFF CLEAN HOTEL

This was Our first time coming to the Grey Eagle for the TLC Concert.And I must say that everyone here greeted us so warmly and kindly it was really refreshing. They even called up twenty minutes after we got into our room to make sure that everything was to our liking, the icing on the cake. We've gone quite a few different outings and come to different hotels. And this by far has been a very nice experience.

Most staff were excellent, bartender and little chiefs was grumpy and on the rude side.

The staff are great, they are professional, polite and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean and quite. I have stayed at this location many time for work and never have a bad experince.

The staff at Grey Eagle all were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. I gave them 4 stars in some areas because they are currently under construction, but I would definitely stay there again!

Always a great stay, concert and casino. We love staying when we attend concerts even living 30 mins away.

Staff was great to us, super helpful and nice. Room was great size for our family of four and pool was perfect for our kids. Would definitely stay again.

Our room (king room) was excellent value and spotless, if slightly worn. They're renovating so I'm sure the worn carpets will be replaced but there wasn't a speck of dust in the room. The casino has 2 bar options and a buffet and sit-down restaurant as well as a stage front area to order food. The hotel has an Indigenous-based menu in their restaurant that we'll definitely go to next time. If you get the chance to see their Elvis impersonator show at the casino,go! He was a highlight of our stay and the sound quality was great.

The only minus was a housekeeper knocked & entered our room at 10am, but we were due to check-out at 11; we didn’t expect them to enter so quickly, good thing we were decent!!?
